Whole experience was out class. Huge, clean and nice ferry it was. Was late by 2 hours (but was notified by email and text 2 hours before original time. Wish I were informed 4 hours before original time, so I could spend some more time in paris

A Ferry completely messed up (this is not what I originally wrote but trust pilot wouldn't print my words) my booking my car details not registered and held the queue up for ten minutes whilst security sorted it out they had me on outgoing at 0515 instead of 0915 fortunately lovely lady in Le Shuttle office was able to sort it out . No return booking made even though I had paid for it. Never use AFerry again will book direct in future.
The train was 3.3 times expensive than the ferry, there is less flexibility compared to the ferry. Both journeys have involved me going into customer service to get the booking sorted because of the errors. I kept getting repeat emails regarding the API’s need completing yet they had. I wouldn’t use the train anytime soon, what is a shame because it has potential

Great - beware - day trip tickets mean you have to be on the exact booked time - cant come earlier and cant go later. It worked fine for me but i was a bit surprised as it didn't used to be like this.

It is quick. And the staff are very efficient and polite. However, it didn't leave on time and the onboard toilets leave a lot to be desired.
