Everything ok but the bed mattress was hard it was like sleeping on the floor my hips were very sore in the morning.

The staff were not helpful. Most gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. The bistro service was chaotic with the wrong orders going to tables. The bar staff preferred to talk to each other rather than serve customers. The public areas were not cleaned. In the morning the outside area still had bottles and rubbish on the tables and the tables were sticky and did not get cleaned during the journey. In the front bar it was a similar situation. I asked for a table to be cleaned and was given a cloth! The mattresses in the cabins are terribly uncomfortable. We were 1/2 hr late arriving which extended to well over an hour before we went to the car deck.

We could have had more information on where to go in the port. As we had to drive around for ages trying to get some help. Once in the right place we then had to go and get our tickets. It’s not the company’s fault we don’t speak any Italian but it was extremely stressful. And an email could have been sent with instructions.

First time using this service Genoa to Palermo overnight ferry. Boarding was easy and quite smooth. Keys to cabins were given out and there was staff there to help and point you in the right direction. The cabins were tidy and warm we had an outside cabin with window, which was lovely in the morning when the sun came up. It was en-suite the shower was nice and hot. We ate in the restaurant which was delicious T-bone steak would definitely recommend. Most of the staff were very helpful though there were some who were unhelpful. The ferry was very good with plenty of places to sit comfortably you can walk out on deck weather permitting. We would definitely recommend if you wanted to go to Sicily and take your own car will use again.

Had late checkout booked(paid extra) but the cleaning staff kept coming to the cabin 2-3 hours before knocking on the door, demanding that we leave the cabin. Even one staff lied and asked us to leave because the ferry was already in the port. It was like 1.45mins before it even began to reach the port. Why would you charge for a service that you can't facilitate?

It was shocking the deck we were on flooded thought I saw 2 guys fishing in the pool of water that was on the carpet staff weren't helpful atall it smelt of damp bad damp.this is me being polite and it was dirty I have Been on alot of ferrys I worked on one that has to be one of the worst a bit of work that could be a great one

Ferry time was changed & later cancelled , another sailing offered didn't have the cabin of a standard we have had booked originally. Option of a refund was given, but we were already near the port and it wasn't the option for us. Also, from past experience we know how long the process is, and sometimes they refund in a way of the voucher not money. We have taken the new offered time ferry which was old (1998) & tired, food looked like it was straight from the soup kitchen , the shower drain was blocked. We also booked late check out from the cabin and were disturbed 6 times by a member of staff entering our cabin who were obviously not told the cabin was a late check out. We even taped our ticket saying Late Check out to the outside of the door, the staff removed the ticket and using the master key still entered the room.

We were late leaving port, the crew made us back up between a wall and trailer on the ferry, our wing mirrors were caught on both sides, the crew banged them in until they hit the camper sides, then we could not get out of the doors, it was a nightmare for me as I am disabled.
