1. We waited for more 2 hours (5 Italian minutes!!) with 2 babies in the sun! Obviously the lives of all Hells Angels Motorcyclists who could drive whenever they wanted are more important than ours. Support by staff was ridiculous. 2. The room was very small and very far away for a family. 3. Since we were almost the last one who entered the ship as mentioned above, we had no place to sit in Restaurants. 4. Arrival was also a catastrophy. We have been brought to the 3rd Floor, but our car was on the fourth.. one guy says we have to wait on the 3rd!!! That was also wrong
