Food was awful, some staff were helpful, very few electrical sockets for charging, difficulty communicating with loading personnel. Difficult to find the check-in desk in Igoumenitsa port due to poor and non-existent signage. Arriving at the boarding area was also a bit of a gamble since the gate information given by the check-in clerk did not correspond to reality or it just was not intuitive. The espresso was passable.
The cabins are very dirty, the bathrooms and beds are unfortunately not hygienic.
No usefull information given for checkin in Igoumenitsa, No usefull information given in cabin about where to find what, no information about stairs under the bed. Too many mirrors, which makes orientation on board difficult
Iguomenitsa to Ancona. Greece to Italy but most staff can speak English the breakfast and lunch I pre bought were excellent. My cabin comfy. No issues at all, great ferry.
