Services and value for money is really important and you can get both of these with Irish ferry & that’s the reason I use them every time I travel!!

Crossing okay but late. Staff in charge of security and staff loading the boat were very very rude.

Very good service and whilst sailing was late they did keep us informed. Food ok but expensive.

The BIG problem was the border control procedure in the port of Calais. That was my eighth Channel crossing and I never before (even after Brexit) faced a situation like that. And we were lucky that there was no queue for the Irish ferries tickets. But it took us almost one and a half hour to pass the border control. That definitely can be optimised.

Easy boarding, and always an earlier ferry option if I manage to arrive earlier.

The food was just awful. Disgusting unappetising and very off putting which sadly has put us off booking with Irish ferries again

Great Service Ship departed on time and the Captin was spot on with his ETA The ship has a good range of food and drink options which are priced reasonably and much better than P&O Will use them again

The price of the food is a bit high and the toilets were a bit smelly. Clean but smelled. A lot of the seating is ripped and broken. Otherwise always on time and easy check in process never had an issue here.
