We had to pay for a dog who had to stay in the car. The male toilets looked like someone placed a poop bomb in it.

Generally crossings are enjoyable. Both ships used on the Calais Dover route are comfortable with good outside seated areas.

90 minutes late. Poor quality and expensive good. You get what you pay for, I guess. Also, fewer crossings if you arrive early.

We have been offered to take an earlier ferry and we’re very happy about that. I know that the way how we feel on the trip itself can be ruined because of other people and their behaviour, any it’s a bit like that now. People in a just a short time completely messed up the toilets, and restaurants seating looked as a camping site. Maybe because it was a night trip, but I’m happy it was only 1.5h trip. The choices of food were great for beacon and ham eaters. We eat everything but not pork, so there wasn’t much for us to choose from

Pricing structure usurious. Outrageously expensive to buy ticket on day of departure. Instructions by booking staff to park near lift due to mobility issues impossible due to pressurised boarding staff. Will use different ferry company next time.
