A great travel experience. I was travelling from Dover to Calais on the evening of 19 Dec. Long queues but managed efficiently, boat was busy but on time, additional servery staff could have been provided, but those serving were effective, efficient and very hospitable. Overall great service and a great experience.

Ferry was extremely delayed. We had to pay £20 extra as the 8pm ferry only left at 11pm. Had we not upgraded, our ferry after midnight would have been severely delayed and we would have wasted a lot of time waiting

Too long to get away guy in check in off was on his phone with the green light off so stood in lorry lane for ages to then get told off for being in wrong lane when ur staff was on his phone. The all experience was very poor.
