Quick vehicle boarding, left early. Efficient operations. Some staff a little impersonal which was surprising, so worth looking into IF when bringing on new people, especially transient workers, as this can add to the customer experience and loyalty. Glad to see a doggy area on deck. Ship was clean with huge and diverse duty free. On time arrival.

First time towing a caravan, very easy and no stress.
The food was poor quality and incredibly expensive; your website is very bad with very little information available. I paid for something extra when I booked, but when I tried to have a look what I actually bought I couldn't find what it was, but I never had anything extra on either trips, so I consider that as a rip off. To cap it all the trip back was over 3 hours late which was a real nuisance all around, and the insurance that I purchased when I booked would only cover delays of over 12 hours, and even then it would have been pittance. I will not use Irish Ferries again

Ferry was cancelled never even told about it. Arrived then had to drive to Holyhead for ferry next day
