I have been traveling with P&O for years. Thinking of going by train. The passport check was terrible. Only two gates open, and so we missed our ferry. We booked priority and we were on time! Maria van den Oetelaar

the treap are fine meet the quality standard thanks for the service you provide only one issue is the fair treap price doesn't meet my expectations and was expansive ticket that's all

Terrible experience, after driving all day from Poland we were told that the ferry is delayed by 2 hours. I asked if we need to wait over 3 hours after checking in and the lady after checking with her supervisor told us we can come back in 2 hours. After coming back in less then 2 hours we were told that check in for deleted ferry was closed long time ago and we can check in for the next at 1.30 am what was 4 hours waiting time. When I tried to discuss it with supervisor why can we not board on the delayed ferry which supposed to sail in 1.5 hours we were told check in is closed and if I continue to argue I can miss the 1.30 as well. Although I was very polite trying to explain that we were told we can do what we did I was told they will complain about my behaviour - I am not sure where... I am sure I will never choose P&O again going over the Channel
