It’s not useful to give all the crossings if you tick the box oneway. And it feels strange if you don’t get a ticket, but just an e-mail. I made changes but they don’t show up in your booking. So you only have an amendement confirmation by e-mail. But it worked out well.
The booking was fine, but the boarding was chaotic and very stressful. We arrived at the port at 13:10 for the 15:00 departure. We were queueing until 14:00 before we were seem. We were then told we were booked on the 17:15 boat, but could "maybe make the 15:00 boat if we hurried". That was a joke. There was no hurrying. We were queueing at every border check and then before we could even get near our boarding lane. We were one of the last cars who were allowed on the 15:00 boat. There seemed to be no reason for this chaos. I've never encountered anything like this with any other ferry company. Once aboard the crossing was fine, but we won't use this service again if we can help it.

we should not be made to pay fuel supplements on the crossing, it is already expensive enough

The cabins the very very small there's no comfort at all.and outside is very dirty. The cafeteria they don't accept algerian money and they don't accept card machine only euros .
