We were so impressed with our outbound journey, the officiant boarding and the ship itself. The pet lounge was an added bonus, with free drinks both hot and cold it was amazing. Our return however was really bad but not P & O's fault. the port had been closed in the morning due to a security alert. we arrived at midday for a 3pm crossing. We sat in a que for check-in for hours and then again French police and Uk boarder force. NO TOILETS to be seen until after all checks. we finally sailed at 17.10 so we were in the car for 5 hours. No announcements, notifications until we got to check-in. It was miserable.

Quick loading, friendly staff, but food court line quite lengthy as limited staff on duty. There could also be more maps (perhaps 3D) throughout to make it clearer where things are located on the vessel.
