Very bad service. I had issues with my trips and they refused to help me. all what the was asking is for extra money. they didn't feel concerned by my situation. I was on my own with 4 kids, and all the help I received from them at calais it was accusing me that I was pretending and lying. Evening if I had all the proof with me. they was racist and they tried to scared my kids saying that I gona be arrested and they will be on they own. Even one of the staff ask my 13 yeas old daughter if she have money to pay to sort out the problem. I all ways travel with Irish company I never had any problems that was my 1st time with P&Q and the last time never again

I recently traveled on this ferry and was disappointed with the food options available. You have choice of fast food items only and no breakfast served rather you can get a box with choice of roll / beans /egg. Compared to my usual ferry experiences, the selection was lacking. I ordered the fish and chips, which were priced at £14.95. While that isn't overly expensive, I found it frustrating that I had to pay extra for ketchup. I would suggest raising the price to £17.95 and including a slice of lemon and some sauce with the meal.

New ship was clean but soul-less. The automated foodservice is chaotic and the so-called 'quiet lounge' was beseiged by noisey school kids. The design seems to me to be a missed opportunity to create a welcoming environment; it is impersonal & almost factory-like!

I had a very quiet passage to Calais, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ‘newness’ feel to the ship. The staff were very polite and very helpful. Suggest doing an all day breakfast.
