We have travelled on this route annually for several years. The service has always been excellent, the cabins spotless and the buffet is something to look forward to.

Passport control took 3 hours, even though we had EU passports, there were no separate lines for EU and non-EU passports. Never again.

No clear directions on exiting Europoort. Perhaps not the responsibility of P&O but your influence may help. Otherwise ferry was OK but quite expensive and the 2 bunk cabin was very small.

In my opinion, there should be more choice regarding the mini bar when booking a club cabin, the cabin is for five people, but the mini bar is for three! I would prefer if costalot coffee was replaced with better quality.

No issues with ferry or trip from Hull to Rotterdam. Only issue was the 1 hour 15 minutes it took to clear through passport control with Dutch Border Control making everyone in every car do finger prints and photo. Maybe P&O should work with Dutch authorities as it also had EU citizens in vehicles stuck in same queue with us Non EU Citizens.

To change my booking by 1 day cost 160 pounds,, extortion! The mini bar in the cabin for 5 pax has less than last time. The cabin was found dirty with copious amounts of dust, the mastic behind the toilet has a large gap, the toilet seat is worn. 5 pax cabin, 2 x packs of biscuits and 2 x crisps. Check-in took 20 mins due to the new system. The ramp remains defective. The price for dinner is just extortionate, 26 pounds for anyone over 12 years old, crazy

A lovely, relaxing crossing. Unfortunately, there were long waiting times for embarkation and disembarkation, but nevertheless, a very pleasant way to travel. It won’t be our last time! Visiting the UK in this way is starting holidays at embarkation!

So nice that boarding starts at 16:00 so you're not stuck in a queue for hours. Boat is stable, basic cabins are sparse but get the job done. Had some chicken tenders and potato wedges at Costas and it was by far the worst food I've ever had. The conversion rate from Pound to Euro when you pay cash is appalling so always pay with card if you don't want to get ripped off. Other than that friendly staff, stable boat ride, would do it again!

Have travelled this route a number of times and has always been good. The ship would benefit from a general shop for things like sandwiches/milk etc. Not enough gluten free options. Prices have increased massively in the last 3 years.
