Had been very good until recently but car not delivered as promised (5th September) phones now not answered and emails ignored, as someone else has commented are they still trading? Website still live but complaints form not accessible
It seems that this broker is no longer trading. We signed a lease, paid an administration fee but now we cannot get hold of anyone at the company either by email or phone. A company situated next door on the industrial estate advises there hasn't been any cars there for a number of weeks
I used Affinity a few years ago and had a relatively faultless experience. Their deals vary but occasionally they have some really good prices.
I opted for a 2024 Nissan Qashqai on a really good deal and was promised delivery mid August. I paid my admin fee (£260) and signed off all of my paperwork. Fast forward two weeks and they now tell me the vehicle won't be available until November at the earlier but they can't promise that.
I obviously reluctantly had to withdraw from the agreement as they could no longer forful as agreed.
I asked for a refund for my fees as the fault was their end, ignored. Chased up and told its 'non refundable'.
Nothing to stop them posting great deals, sucking people in then moving the goal posts and keeping your money.
Avoid is my advice.
