Con artist with horrendous customer service

Ordered a pair of steam hair straighteners, received a pair of very badly made hair straighteners not steam at all big and square and nothing like the pictures online!
When I complained I was told I could send it back for 70£ postage all the way to China ( it is not clear when you order that this company is in China !!! ) and they would refund me the 69£ I paid for the straighteners but not the postage !!!

After pointing out that I would be paying more to return it than I actually paid for them I was told I should send them normal ( untracked ) and they would refund the money plus the 10£ return postage ! That was 3 months ago and now they are getting out of it by telling me they hav not received my item ! And can’t refund me! I sent tem proof of postage but apparently that’s not good enough !

Please avoid the product was nothing like advertised and not cheap at 69£ you can buy a decent one from the high street !!
