Affordable Kilts PV Range Kilt
I've ordered from this company before, years ago and had decent service but my last purchase has been abysmal. I payed for the Kilt and was never contacted again, I tried reaching out via multiple avenues, from Calling to email and finally Facebook messenger. And received no response other than a brief placation from the latter stating that my order was in progress...however at this point it couldn't have been because they had not reached out to confirm sizing and tartan choice as was stated on the product listing. When I presented them with this info they back tracked said it was an automated email and requested my sizes. Fast forward 14 weeks, well beyond the window they've established for production and delivery of the product, and multiple subsequent attempts to contact them and I've heard nothing back and received no product nor a refund. I realize things happen and I'm a pretty understanding guy, but to just completely ignore customer inquiries is beyond an acceptable business practice. As of December 4th 2025 I have received the Kilt and it is fantastically, fit was excellent and stitching was good. All in all an excellent value. I still not happy with the customer service or the wait time but the product was great.
