Extremely disappointed with Airtel internet services! The connectivity is absolutely terrible - constant drops and slow speeds. And to make matters worse, the customer service is non-existent. No live support available, and the team doesn't respond to emails or calls. Avoid Airtel internet at all costs! 🚫💔

Airtel are scammers

Theyvjust round off peopel data telling them they used it .....
I subscribed for 6GB while am still having 500MB data balance top it up...after some hours not up to 5 hoirs without using using it they sent message telling me i finish my data..how come

Very wicked people. Data does not work for no reason. I called them they just keep passing me around. God will definitely punish you the way you made me lose money

Extremely worse, bad customer service, you are a scam. You're fraudulent as well, I gave this type of review on trust pilot because I'll ensure that none of my network makes use of airtel again.

This company have been robbing people of there data plan since we all don't check when we do new data.... They credit just 20% of the data and you keep wondering how your data finish within 2days...

I even contact there support team twice no reply

These criminals do not deserve a star - the impunity with which some corporate bodies rip off their customers should be a source for serious concern. I subscribed to the 40GB (#10k) ultra plan on the 2nd Feb '23 and by day 6, I get a notification that I've run out of data - utterly alarming! Customer Service is horrendous

The data services is too poor, I did a bundle of 40gb, and when I try to download a file of 100mb the data goes down by 300-400mb, the rate at which my bundle is exhausted is very criminal to say the least

I genuinely thought the Airtel service provider was good,,, until they started defrauding me of my data, deducting my line for airtime loans I didn't take ...All within 2 days ..all the data I loaded gone without proof..
Am just going to tear up the Simcard am so done with this nonsense

Airtel is the worst Network provider because they never leave my credit balance alone, they keep subscribing to meaningless services that dont work ,and sometimes you try to subscribe to something they take your credit and say that A network error occurred and they don't give you the data or refund your credit and just now I tried sending a text they debited my credit balance but the message refused to send so I had to borrow credit to make sure the message finally sent
I'm switching to another network provider because even when you call Airtel you never get to speak to a human representatives but online speech automated bots telling you to press one and press two

Aitel stole from my line. And i looked for all the means to complain, but all my efforts went in vain.

Bought it for my uncle and myelf. Not a bad not good either, but good value

very unhelpful staff .. they have No idea no matter how much you try to explain to them.
I couldn't receive international SMS and they kept on saying there is no problem and i couldnt solve the problem until i got another network provider SIM card.

This is the worst network ever, am very tech savvy and after few months of using it, i decided to track how much data i consume compared to how much data airtel deducts and noticed that for every 1mb of data i used, airtel deducted 6.7mb data from my account.. this is just absurd and i think this network be investigated as its plain fraud..

Airtel Nigeria have to be the slowest network in terms of data I've ever seen. I can't believe they haven't still solved this issue till now. I reeks of mismanagement on their part if I'm being honest.

Airtel Kenya sold me a modem that was not working well in the area where I live. I returned the modem but they never refunded my money. The worst customer service I have experienced; real thieves! Keep away from Airtel.
