I put in a order starting up my company BizzeyBees Products looking to sale natural products for people who wanted great alternatives and this Company never sent my order or money back,everytime I contacted them they lied .I was very disappointed,only company ever did this,sadly I believe I could have made good money all my customers were excited about the products as I ,CAN'T BELEIVE THEY JUST ROBBED ME OF M U STARTER PACKAGE MONEY SHAME SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AFRICA IMPORTS THATS WHAT HAPPENED AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK 💰 LIED THEY SENT IT AND THE ADDRESS MATCHED MY CARD BECAUSE I JUST STARTING THIS LLC INSTEAD OF USING MY INCORPORATION. 😢 😔

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately what you are stating is not true.
First time orders have to be shipped to the billing address, which is stated online during checkout, which is not how you set up your order. We reached out to inform you of this and after a week of not hearing back, we canceled your order and refunded your payment.
We have sent multiple emails showing the proof of your refund including the date and amount. We have informed you to contact your card company for details on the refund if you had any questions. Africa Imports follows protocol for each and every order. Again, please feel free to reach out to your card company for details on your refund.
We also see you edited your review to state your address matched but unfortunately what you entered in did not match what your card company had. That is the whole reason we reached out. Our system can detect if you did not enter in the address associated with the card you are using.

Before placing an order I attempted to…
Before placing an order I attempted to reach out to the company (like I did all others) with inquires about samples. I plan on comparing the price, shipping time, customer service, similarity to the actual perfume, as well as the longevity from a few companies before choosing who to give my business to. I initially thought that I misspelled their email address, so I attempted to use it directly from the app... I received an error message both times. so far the customer service aspect isn't looking too good!

I’m a returning customer and i literally love this store. So happy they have a mobile app as well. I’ve only bought fragrance oils and some butters (so far!!!!) but their range of goods is probably triple what you could think of or visit for. literally just restocked for my birthday coming up. The oils are always so long lasting and extremely accurate to their names/descriptions. Multipurpose too! I appreciate the little goodies or extras that may come in with my orders as well.
