Unfortunately, the credit/balance did not last for more than half an hour.

After requesting payout for airtime I haven't receive the airtime.

I do not know why Afrisight refused to attend to all my concerns .

1) I got money on my wallet I cant withdraw. Because they refused to change my acct details that I applied for over 3months now.

2) I cant use the money in my wallet to recharge my number. It will show successful but the money will not be deducted nor credit to my phone .

3) I will complete survies, the not will not reflect in my wallet nor will i see it on my pending .

Please find time to address these issues as soon as possible.

Your positive responses assuring and ratifying this concerns will be appreciated.

Fast and conveniece. But they need to work on reward, sometimes it takes a month to receive reward on dashboard.

Among all survey sites Afrisight has the vague and worst help desk, whenever you reach them expect three things 1. The answer will not be in line with what you asked for 2. They will just ignore you and keep quiet and never respond to you 3. They may respond and say we have received your message we are looking into it and we will assist you soon,but the truth is that they will do nothing over the same, and because they don't want to respond to my query I decided to write a review on trust pilot then boom they requested for more information which I provided "We have requested your details; kindly provide them so that we may assist you accordingly. After providing the requested information they ran into hiding,they haven't responded and haven't solved the issues raised,AFRISIGHT you have deaf ears 👂👂,kind regards Caleb David from Nairobi Kenya

experience is great just not very reliable

One of the best survey sites, payment is instant but a little down side is, there's no enough surveys to fill out, maybe it depends on the country, overall,I love Afrisight.

I have USD 5.95, the page says minimum is $5, but I get ‘Failed to request payout’ ...also the airtime redeemer SOCHITEL is unavailable on my page meanwhile is the one that works for us in Ghana

I like the fact that it actually pays out( tho it has been getting glitched lately I reckon it's getting fixed?) and it does deliver surveys to your mails but I hate how I can't withdraw my earnings to my mobile money wallet and mist only always use it for top up (airtime)
It's frustrating especially with how long it takes for one to be qualified for a single survey tho they appear ever so often I get screened out. I don't get it.

If there was a -10 stars i would rate that..its been weeks now no help..recieced an email saying they will sort it out and update my nr..never even got a reply as i went on now everything still a mess...stay away rather guys

An extremely dishonest site in their dealings: How do you earn a reward of ghc50 and end up with a transfer of ghc43. 34 (airtime). The total airtime transfer was $4.80. Same thing happened with the transfer from the decommissioned page. Make this make sense Afrisight.

Today I withdraw the sum of $15 from Afrisight survey platform and gest what, I was paid instantly I swear to God...I love the platform, it really paying and legit, kindly join the platform and let us all earn together

All i can say,this one needs a hard heart
Cash out they reject then say no cashout for a whole month,
