Brilliant company
Brilliant company, great choices. Sent within a reasonable time frame. I cant understand why the negative reviews. I have used them for a while, changing wig company because I have been so impressed with them. I recommend based on my experiences.
Lace wigs are of poor quality
Lace wigs are of poor quality, especially the hairline of the wigs and the density. Wasted alot of money on overpriced and badly designed wigs that can get you laughed at and all together lose your confidence as a women, Extremely disappointed for black women to have to deal with this psychologically degrading ordeal , no value for money .

Last time I order from here. It takes too long. Guys please see their reply below. They cancelled my order because of my review and said they removed me from their system as if I would be buying again. Never seen such bad service in my life. That was their email before. Listen do not spend your money here. Instead of updating me on my order they went to cancel my order how unprofessional
Our processing time frame is up to 7 business days, this is clearly stated on our website information board, and we did advise to read before ordering. Your order was placed last week Thursday late after, and we would have shipped this Thursday, which is between that time frame, still you gave us below. You should not have ordered if you require it that urgently. We have cancelled your order and also removed your account from our system.
They even took the time to screenshot my review and send it to me instead of updating me on my order. When I saw my order was canceled due to unforseen reasons I had already had a feeling it was due to my review. One badmind person and typical. You should not run a business if you are cancelling customers orders based on the truth. I ordered as I have ordered before and I had been updated whereas this time I wasn't. Don't worry you can remove me id never support you people again. Nothing but badmind and terrible customer service. If I saw the previous reviews I'd not have ordered. You canceled my order the day before you told me it would ne sent. You are unprofessional and no good will come to you with this mentality.

Been using for about 3 years happy with service emails get answered needed 2 wigs for emergency was told order before 12pm to receive that week order on Monday receive on Thursday also made a call and was told it was sent out and when I should receive it 🙂

Short review i see that they get more negative reviews then positive so I wanted to give a positive review, yes they take a while to get back to you but they do get back, Royal mail lost my parcel, I sent a message to Afrostyling it took three days to get a response but they got back, I think it's about patience really...they replaced my wig no problems, so i just wanted to say something positive because they have been great with me, so thank you for sorting out the issue I have no complaints really

Bought 5 wigs from this company since February so far, and recently purchased my 6th. Very quick delivery, like 3 days max each time I’ve bought, and the wigs are amazing. Now us UK girlies can get what all the US girlies be havin🤣. My personal experience has been 10/10, but based on reviews, order on your own judgement. I would 100% recommend tho if you’re from the uk.
Order refunded for making an enquiry about delivery
I ordered a wig which I wanted specifically for an event. My friend had recently had her order delayed by about 4 weeks so I was skeptical but went ahead as she was happy with the hair once she recieved it. I added to my order notes the date I needed it by. The team helpfully emailed me back quickly and explained they would not be able to fulfil my requested dates and would therefore refund my order. I emailed back that the dates they had suggested were fine (I had added on a few days to be safe) and to go ahead with the order. I placed my order on 21 June and it was due to be delivered between 30 June and 1 July. I had received no shipping information so I had asked my friend to contact the owner(as she had previously spoken to him about her own order) to simply enquire whether my order was still on track for the agreed dates. As he was not able to speak with her due to data protection 'his words', he advised that any further contact would need to come from me
So I then contacted him myself to ask whether my order was still on track to be delivered as I had received no shipping/tracking information and my order hadnt been despacthed. Plus let's bare in mind my friends order was massively delayed, and the reviews on here are dreadful with regards to shipping/delays/receiving the right order. After sending a very kind and clear email, I receive an abrupt response from the 'director' and another email from the admin team stating that as there was 'so much pressure from me re. shipping information they were refunding my order. Before I had time to respond, I received a notification that my refund was processed. This has left me in a difficult position for an event I'm attending, hence the reason I was enquiring about the wig being delivered on time. There was never any pressure in my emails about where my order was, it was simply to ensure it was due to arrive on time.
The company does not tell you what postage method they are using and given that the majority of reviews are slating timescales, I don't think I was out of place for asking for confirmation that it will be arriving by the agreed date. This has annoyed me, and while I don't blame the administration team, the response has left me annoyed and to assume the delivery was never coming on time anyway. I will not be reordering from them again and I suggest if anyone else does, do it a good few months ahead of when you need it for so you can ensure it comes on time and so that you don't get told off for enquiring.

Appalling customer service if i could…
Appalling customer service if i could give a 0 i would. I ordered a wig and they sent me not my first choice but the default second choice option that they have on their website.
I needed this wig for an event to match my outfit so I chose a wig that had colour in it. However a 1b (off black) wig came inside. Lovely wig still but not what I originally ordered or wanted.
I wrote them an email stating I had opened the wig and seen its not what I originally ordered and would like to know if they could send me the colour I wanted. (I Also stated I was disappointed, which I was because time is running out and now I would have to spend time and money sending back the wig and waiting for the new wig to come hopefully in time).
I was waiting and expecting instructions on how I would go about sending back the wrong order to them and them in turn sending me the correct order.
However....the email they sent me was this!!!! ........
Please take another look at your order before you blame us. You choose the first color and second color choices. We designed our website to provide alternative second color choices, and the second color option is not mandatory, it is optional.
Please return the wig to us, the return address is on the shipment label
May I also inform that you did not have to select second color option.
This is Not!!! How you speak to PAYING customers!
They could have replied with a more diplomatic and informative response. Rather than trying to shame me or have an attitude about things. Neither did they address the issue of them sending me a replacement. This is not acceptable I now see why they have a 2 star rating!
They need to do better and learn proper customer services. You can reply to or respond to customers with etiquette and still be informative and point our company policies etc. Without the attitude.
They will never be seeing another coin form myself.

I bought 2 wigs totalling £140. Decided to return them as the style was not for me.
Their return/refund page does not state where to return the items to so I emailed customer service who gave me a return address.
I returned the item by special next day delivery, only to be informed by Royal Mail that the recipient is no longer at the address so the items will be sent back to me. I have now missed the return window.
Customer service says their address has not changed in 13 years but did not offer any other help. Very disappointing
What a disgrace
I am disappointed, very disappointed by the service I have received. I have been a long serving customer of this company for 10 or so years and I have spent £100s of pounds, to them I am not rich. On this occasion I have decided to wash my hands clean from this company. I had purchased Sensationnel alpha woman full unit, what I had received was not security tagged inside the box it had no plastic tags at all, now this unit is supposed to be a full blown out full lace front unit for 3B-4C type hair and what I received instead was a yaki wig that clearly was not alpha woman it is also shorter in length not full in density, the next cheek is the seller that supplied this had the bare face cheek to attach the alpha woman no2 stock card to the unit, now I have three other alpha woman units a half unit and 2 full so I know how this unit is supposed to look plus I'm a mature governmental woman so I am no fool. I emailed afro with comparison photos attached they (most likely she) requested I return the unit to them, but no mention that they will correct this deceptive act. People be very cautious when doing business with this company. They are very expensive when they should no longer be particularly when it concerns certain units and some of the quality when received is questionable as well. This last experience for me was the last straw. No more. They are despicable, deceptive, unprofessional, wrong on many counts. I want nothing more to do with this company.
SNEAKILY SENT ME A DIFFERENT WIG
I'm actually so mad, just when I thought they couldn't get anymore low. Bad enough that they take their time to ship *that's if they do), and don't even want to communicate, they went and decided to send me a wig that I DID NOT order, and attached the actual wig's (that I ordered) tag on that wig and placed it in the ordered wigs packaging. Clearly they thought they were clever and could fool me, but I noticed instantly when I opened the wig packet/ package and saw that the wig came out without little to no effort, usually I'm cutting out tags and removing tissue paper and bits of card, on this occasion the wig slid right out of the net which made me think that maybe it was a display wig, but I then realised that the wig was not like the wig I ordered, it wasn't as long as shown in the picture, I then checked the sewn in tag inside, and behold....a different collection tag inside! I ordered a Sensationnel butta lace unit, and this wig was something out of the cloud collection. If you didn't have the wig then you should have refunded me my money! Keep the money I will never EVER order from Afrostyling, you guys are a complete disgrace! Please avoid them at all costs!
Appalling Service
I placed an order for a wig early December. It took 6 frustrating weeks to receive my wig which was, might I add, defective! That is money down the drain and no apology from them for their appalling overall service and/or unacceptable condition of the wig!
I WILL NOT BE USING AFROSTYLING AGAIN! STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!
