I had a very disappointing experience with Afzuigkapfilterexpert Nederland.
On October 7, 2025, the company provided instructions to return a product within 30 days.
On October 16, I returned the product in its original packaging and provided proof of shipping costs. I also asked when the correct product would be sent and when the return shipping costs would be refunded.
On October 22, the company confirmed receipt of the return but refused to refund the shipping costs, stating that the product “was delivered as ordered.”
I replied the same day, proving that the product delivered was not the item I ordered (including direct links to both products).
On October 30, they again insisted that they had sent the correct item and repeated that shipping costs would not be refunded.
In summary:
They sent the wrong product, and even after proof was provided, they denied responsibility and refused to refund the return shipping costs.
This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer care. I cannot recommend this shop and will not purchase from them again.
