Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The book is a useful cookbook but it does not contain much information on managing the Rayburn itself. In particular there is little or no help on how to use the simmer facility - which we had on our Stanley. If we were to undertake the same exercise again we probably would not go down the Rayburn route. IT has been an expensive and rather disappointing experience.
