Company tells you items ready for a specific time, you wait well beyond this and there not ready, met with abruptness not accommodating or friendly staff, better to spend your money elsewhere with better service then here.

i have ordered 5 radiators from agadon and very happy with the quality and performance of the radiators this is the second house ive had the radiators in very happy

Just made my 12th purchase from this company. I use them for all my jobs and never had a problem. I could not be more happy. Fantastic customer service on the end of the phone always give me great advise

Just made my 4th purchase from this company over the best 7 years. I could not be happier. Perfect quality at a price of those cheap nasty imports from China! Much better to support our European factories. Delivery was quick again 2 days from order. Keep up the good work

Hi, I brought radiators 10 years ago now. They were all fine at first then very quickly started to leak from the connections. These were then checked by heating engineer and tightened where required. All was ok again for a few years then they started to leak again at the connections and started to rust. Others started to blister or very small holes appeared and leaked. Within the guarantee period I then contacted Agadon to get pushed back with the response that the connections are not covered. So they don’t guarantee the point at which they are most likely to leak. Even though a couple had blister points and one had a hole the response was very negative and dismissive stating they are leaking At connection points. This is not what I would expect from expensive radiators or a company that markets themselves at a home show exhibition. Shameful customer service and shockingly poor quality radiators. Avoid at all costs and get standard rads installed at a fraction of cost. Standard ones could last for 50plus years. Not these designer ones.

I ordered a clip on towel rail from this company. It was delivered within 24 hours. Was of excellent quality and fitted exactly as described.
Companies that give this attention to their orders are few and far between on the internet.

We installed multiple Agadon Radiators in 2019 and since then two have been replaced due to leaks at what looked like poor weld joints. The valves were also purchased from Agadon and two of them have also developed bad leaks.... very stressful!!
They seem to have a quality issue (which I hope they address).

Spent quite a lot of money on rads and they do look great. Unfortunately, we have had to replace three out of five radiators. Three have developed a serious leak from the top valve. I would expect radiators to last a minimum of 8-10 years but now having to pay a plumber to replace them.

Should have read the reviews first before ordering. They hardly ever answer the phone. Placed an order for 5 standard radiators and 2 non-standard, £1700. 6-8 weeks delivery quoted. It took 18 weeks! Admittedly during Covid period. All in perfect condition. One did not fit and was not a special order and the re-order came the next day. They wont take the other radiator back even though its in original box, stating its non-standard size!

Happy to take my money but then a message to say radiator wasn’t in stock. I haven’t been able to contact the firm . Nobody is answering the phone and there has been no response to the contact form.
I’ve edited the score to two stars as i eventually spoke to someone and I’ve received a refund- I would suggest phoning to check item is in stock before ordering.

Was sent the wrong 5 radiators not just once but twice.
Packaging mis labelled so left with with a plumbers bill for a wasted day. Appalling customer service, no continuity between service reps. Seems once they have your money they don't seem interested anymore.

Ordered a Panio Crystal Mirror Glass Designer Radiator, quick delivery, great support over phone, radiator looks great, even got 0% APR finance within minutes, but on 1st delivery the glass had a chip in one corner, on the 2nd one half the glass was smashed to pieces. I'm sure it all has to do with the packaging as it's very poor and doesn't have a 'fragile' label or 'this side up' so the glass would be protected. On my 2nd return now, so hope it works out eventually.

Disgraceful business. I am utterly disgusted by these guys despite paying close to £1,000 for two radiators. Late delivery, (3 weeks and no phone call to advise me...I had to chase) no after sales support whatsoever, don't answer the phone, don't acknowledge complaint emails (I've sent two now giving them ample opportunity to resolve my concerns before writing this review). Once they have your money, they are not interested. Oh and the products they sell are for the European market so good luck installing them yourself. And further good luck finding an electrician who will too. Seeking legal action. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

We placed the order at 2.50pm and the 12 radiators arrived at 9am the following day. All arrived in perfect condition. You just cant beat that!!

Took 8 weeks to deliver despite paying for 2 week delivery. Customer services continually lied to us and fobbed us off with excuses. The radiators are ok quality but should have paid much less for the whole experience. When you're paying in 4 digits, it should arrive on time and in perfect condition. 1 of our radiators has a scratch and they were all 6 weeks late. Agadon refused to compensate except for paying a cancellation fee for the plumber. Avoid.

we bought a towel radiator from Agadon, there was a problem with our card so we called to pay. The customer service was fantasic, delivery was next day. We could not be more happy with the product, it was good valve for money works a treat and looks great. If anybody was wanting a radiator for their house I would recommend Agadon
