Genuine and honest feedback on AGA holidays Bali trip

Genuine and honest feedback - Solo Trip Mumbai to Bali | 14th Sep - 19th Sep- AGA holidays.

Trip involved 3 parties:
1. Travel Triangle - 9/10
2. Local Bali Team (Driver & Coordinator) - 9/10
3. AGA Holidays (Agent under TT) - 1/10 - Not Recommended at all

PART A: PRE-BALI EXPERIENCE (Booking & Payment - Mainly AGA Holidays)

Pros:
Travel Triangle was proactive and tried to resolve my issues whenever raised.

Cons - All created by AGA Holidays:
- Misleading communication on convenience fee:
On 14th July on WhatsApp, AGA confirmed twice that fee is Rs. 500. On 16th July invoice they charged Rs. 1000. On call they said 500 is for couple, 1000 for solo. After argument they gave Rs. 500 discount. Wasted time on a closed topic.

- Highly unprofessional flight handling: AGA confirmed twice that flight cost is Rs. 40k and won't change, even on 16th July evening.
I paid at 11:20 PM on 16th July. Surprisingly on 17th July at 11:30 AM they said fare increased by Rs. 2100. If I paid on 16th, why was flight booked on 17th? Finally they gave VietJet at same cost instead of promised Vietnam Airlines. Disappointed.

- Incorrect Invoice and pressure tactics: First invoice on 16th July had wrong hotel name, wrong dates & timings. Executive kept saying "pay first SIR, we will rectify later, it's a small issue".
As a first-time customer I needed a correct basic invoice before payment. Shows negligence and money-focused approach.

- SIM Card False Promise - Biggest failure by AGA: Assured e-SIM in July. In Aug I informed e-SIM is not supported by my phone, they assured physical SIM at hotel on Day 1.
No SIM was delivered. On further inquiry I was told no SIM will be provided and I should find a shop myself. So on Day 1 evening after a late night flight I had to search for a SIM shop in a new country.
AGA said buy yourself, we will refund only Rs. 500 (as per AGA policy). So I stayed without SIM for whole trip as I did not want to pay for something already assured. Complete failure of commitment and irresponsible attitude. Created safety and coordination issues for me as a solo traveler.

PART B: DURING BALI EXPERIENCE (On-Ground)

Pros:
Local Bali Team was very good, supportive, helpful and gave good suggestions throughout.

Cons:
- No SIM = Full Mess: Because of AGA's false commitment, I had to find WiFi at public places to inform driver for pickup and had to ask random people to call my driver and co ordinate at my all pickup points.
This was not customer's job on Day 1. It was mental harassment from Day 1 - Thanks to AGA's false assurance on SIM.

- Zero accountability on delay: On one day driver was 30 mins late. I messaged on the group for update. So instead of updating me, group admin told me to coordinate directly with driver. If customer has to follow up himself, what is the purpose of the group? Shows lack of accountability from AGA.

Final Verdict:
Travel Triangle platform and Local Bali Team were excellent. But due to AGA Holidays, my experience was stressful.
AGA almost ruined my entire trip with false commitments, lack of transparency and irresponsible service.

Please avoid AGA Holidays, my personal experience has been really really bad.
