Très mauvaise expérience - à éviter

I wanted to share my recent experience with the Againer exoskeleton, a product I hoped would enhance my skiing experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of expectations. The device worked for less than two days before it malfunctioned, and despite returning it promptly, I was required to pay the full fee for the trial period.

The design flaws were immediately apparent. Not only did the exoskeleton fail prematurely, but when I sought support at the ski stations, none was available. This lack of onsite assistance was a significant inconvenience and left me with a non-functional product during my ski trip.

Further complicating matters, my interactions with Againer’s customer service were frustrating. They did not honor their commitments, as evidenced by our email exchanges. Despite their assurances, handling the situation felt like a battle at every step—from product support to obtaining a refund.

Here's a caution for potential buyers: based on my experience, Againer’s reliability and customer support are questionable. If you're considering this product, you might want to think twice or explore other options that provide better customer care and product reliability.

I hope my experience can help others make more informed decisions and possibly prompt Againer to improve their product and service.
