What horrible company to have a financial relationship with!
I must have fallen into every black hole at this company in the short year I have been with them. Just the worst customer service ever until you just lose it and demand to speak to a manager if the representative is willing to transfer you or follow through on a call back. One problem after another which takes speaking to what seems like every employee there before you find someone willing to do their job correctly. I'm not sure if it's pure incompetence, laziness or the employees don't have the correct tools to administrate accounts. Don't trust their website with scheduling advance payments to your accounts. Always double check your bank account payments are cashed. Call at least twice to verify information each time you will get different conflicting information. No, customer service representatives don't note your account even though they say they will and will not follow through with items they said they would. This means more of your time wasted, no resolution and the person who needs the information doesn't get it and it all is just incredibly frustrating. Find another lender who has it together otherwise it could cost you your livelihood!
