Tim has been fantastic - the whole process from seeing a photo of the flat to moving in has been incredibly smooth and easy. By far the easiest and most pleasant process we’ve had so far (and we’ve moved in Chelsea/South Ken a good few times) and he really went above and beyond on a number of things to make it that much easier for us. And is a really nice person. She has helped me time and time again to find new tenants, and yes, when I need new tenants in the future, Maria, you'll be getting another call from me. Agent and Homes have been amazing helping me and my family over the years. They have sold properties swiftly and at good prices, always thinking carefully about who the property would suit. They are honest about price ranges, think carefully about the best options in current climates and are happy to discuss and advise accordingly. They have efficiently managed short lets for us, checking in tenants and keeping the house clean and up to spec.
Most recently Valerie Rapp has helped me find a tenant for a long let. Not only did she get the price I wanted but she has been working tirelessly to negotiate fine details and help organise the move. She has gone above and beyond to help me as I live in the countryside and have 2 small children so getting to London is not the easiest. I can't thank her enough for her cheerful and supportive presence.

Rollo is the man for Acton with a deep knowledge of the area. He lined up six serious viewers for us and we had three offers within a month. None of the viewers were timewasters and Rollo was a huge help both with the sale and our prospective purchase.

Rollo sold us a home in Acton - he was honest, helpful, and professional throughout the transaction bringing several things to our attention which many agents wouldn't have bothered doing.

Sean has been straightforward, sincere and good to work with from the get-go. Very refreshing as, unfortunately, there are a load of dodgy estate agents out there. Other agents seem to concentrate their efforts mainly on selling themselves. By contrast, Andrew and Emma focus their attention on actually getting the job done, with good results. For landlords such as myself, the quality of their advice is high, and they have a thoroughly sensible approach towards the complications of the property market. I would recommend them.

My significant other and I were moving to London from the states, and Emma was invaluable in helping us find our rental property. Not only was she so patient and understanding with our needs, she went above and beyond to explain all the details we would need to know to make a smooth transition.
