CRM with great and quick support and a lot of function
So, let me say: I´m a consultant, helping smaller SME (companies) implementing a B2B sales depart. Using PD for many many years, I now changed to agile. why? pricing is one part but, the functionallities and the service and support is amazing. Of course you have to get adjusted to the new UI but that is something to get used rather quickly.

Patience is the key when giving support…
Patience is the key when giving support over the phone. Drake showed plenty of patience when he helped me. Typically by the time I get to the support line I am frustrated and out of what little patience I have to begin with. He was great, got me calmed down, never lost his cool when I didn't understand or did the wrong thing as we shared my screen. Really a super positive experience.

Campaign emails not being delivered to recipient
Henry was very helpful and was able to quickly identify the cause of the campaign email not sending issue I was having. He had consulted with some of his system software colleagues who had determined they needed to make some changes to DKIM at their end.
Henry was prompt in his replies and reached out to me when the issue was resolved. Took less than 24 hours and very happy with result. Method of support was via email.
