They stole my time, money and tools from within my truck.
Scammers!! They stole our time, money and our tools.
My partner took our small work truck for a maintenance check at the end of Jan 2026. They charged $6,000 to replace parts, when it was a maintenance request. We obviously refused. They were trying to scam us to replace unnecessary items (as per information from out new mechanic). They also charged $500 to conduct the initial check of the small truck, without quoting prior. Other mechanics have charged $170 for the same inital check. They took 3 days to conduct the initial check, because of their incompetence. That's money wasted, as we rely on the truck to bring us a weekly income.
Lastly, the most outrageous piece, they literally stole a bag of tools and several blankets that were safely secured in the truck. The mechanic shouldn't have even been in the section of the truck.
