Always easy to find hotels via filters. Prices are always competitive and most often cheaper than other sites. We use this site a lot for booking hotels and will continue to do so.
No good service at all we cooperated a lot but we ate still wandering in search of resorts I do not suggest this website at all

Recently We experienced with AGODA dated 29 Ap2026 booking cancelled (Reason : Cos Agoda System ERROR ya & without our acknowledgement RE book AGAIN) & charged.Customer Service were dissatisfied/useless & difficulties for our refund (I We were very disappointed with AGODA &never want to use it’s platform for future booking (hotel/Fast tract Service/etc). (Nightmare)Please do noted based on the above scenario don’t happen again to anyone.($$$$)GOD BLESS

It's easy for booking hotel. First time I have booking with Agoda App with 4 hotels. It's so amazing for 2 weeks holidays.
The hotel cancelled my booking last minute.
Agoda Emailed me = good
I was unable to get past annoying virtual AI bot = bad
No phone or live chat available = bad
I replied Email and someone did reply my Email next day.
Agoda did find me alternative equivalent hotel in same area for me = good.
Since I had paid for a booking, I think Agoda should give me a phone contact, when there was a problem.
If the column for negative stars was in play that’s where I would be. I made a reservation through Agoda and had a passing in my family and they could not accommodate me rescheduling for two days later they wanted to charge me $1100 for a cancellation fee on a reservation that only cost $1300 ,reservation. they put you on hold they make you wait they try to wear you down you get disconnected from your call. You call back. You have to start all over again. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered ,end result I had to call my credit card company up and put a dispute in against them and make a new reservation directly with the hotel,

They told me that they changed my booking date : from montreal to gatineau the hotel told me They didn’t and they didn’t even received a request from them.
You think you are dealing with Agoda bit in fact you are dealing with Expedia and other ( third parties) like they said.
Now i have to pay 150$ hotel for their mistake

Absolute nightmare, on arrival at the hotel there was no booking for the room I booked and paid for. I was also informed that the room was already occupied. I was forced to book and pay for another room as no one from Agoda replies to emails or the chat function. Rather use a reputable booking platform over Agoda.

Exactly what I wanted price is very decent location is in a good area.

Worst travel agency, do not use, please book directly with the airline or hotel. I used them to book a flight from Dubai to Qatar which the airline cancelled due to the Middle East war. Even after several emails, Agoda is refusing to process my refund. Their explanation is that it will take 3-6 months. I contacted the airline and they said that it usually takes 7 days. I still haven't received my refund.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with online hotel booking services.
I had selected a free cancellation hotel and room. I updated the card details and it automatically took the payment which I didn't request. I wanted only the credit card details changed as it wasn't due for payment until around June 20th. I'm still not sure if my holiday was going ahead due to the conflict in the middle east, hence, why I didn't want to pay now. I contacted the customer service and I was told when you update the card details it will automatically make the payment. This was not mentioned at all. When I complained they said to contact customer service!!! Who the hell was I chatting with then? The person identified themselves as a customer service consultant. It's unbelievable. Agoda is deceitful, the customer service agents incompetent and I will never use this company again to book anything through.

Scam artists. Take your money
Then will not help or refund when you do not stay due to a very badly false advertised room. It was filthy and we left 20 mins after checking in. As it was seriously under standard. 8 days later still no help from so-called customer service and give them another 48 hours. Now 12 phone calls later still fighting for my refund.
Update - called again - still no use. Will not help left on phone for ages then give us 72 hours absolute shambles will not ever use again. Take money quickly enough but will not refund!!
