I had high expectations when I purchased this €970 machine. Imagine my disappointment when, immediately upon unboxing, I discovered that the paint was cracked and peeling in multiple places. It's not a superficial scratch, but a clear defect that compromises the aesthetics and, I fear, the durability of the product. I didn't even have the chance to use it!

I contacted customer service, hoping for a solution. Instead, they offered me a measly €10 voucher. I felt mocked. I insisted, and they offered €25, as if the problem were a minor inconvenience. But the missing paint isn't a scratch, it's a defect that will lead to rust!

The cherry on top? They advised me to buy a can of white spray paint and paint the new machine myself. Absurd! I spent almost €1000 on a defective product and find myself having to repair it myself?

I requested a refund and the machine's return, but the experience was stressful and frustrating. The customer service was uncooperative, and the product quality is poor.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. If you're looking for a reliable product and efficient customer service, look elsewhere. My experience was a nightmare, and I want other potential buyers to be aware of what awaits them.

the closer my order got to me, the more the quality and amount of shipping information decreased. well done to Serena p who was helpful and responsive. re delivery time, customers want to be informed every step of the way. don't advertise 2 day delivery - mine took 10 working days excluding weekends. maybe my expectations have been influenced by amazon prime.

Everything was fantastic! I would like to congratulate the team at AGRIEURO for their professionalism! My order arrived in just 5 working days after placing it, so that was unbelievably fast for a delivery from Italy to the Eastern part of Romania, especially that on the day of delivery it started snowing heavily. I have to admit that I was a little nervous and anxious at first because I had made quite an important order, but in the end the Geotech PTGA 9000 generator and ATS box arrived in perfect condition! And another pleasant surprise were the 2 free bottles of engine oil, I am really happy and thankful for them. As I was mentioning before, all three of the packages arrived intact, and the generator was firmly packed on a wooden pallet. Additionally, I was very pleased with the delivery company and the courier who had a professional delivery truck with elevator and a Hand Pallet Truck, and he was kind enough to help me easily deposit the generator (which is quite heavy) in my backyard. All was perfect!

The customer service is excellent. This will be the second item I purchased from AgriEuro.

Air compressor arrived. Not straped down. It had fallen over during transaction all the oil leaked..

Extremely detailed information on website, really useful summaries about the items and grouping of items, lots of unique pictures about the items, and very fast delivery to other countries than Italy. Price is also very good.

Product specs for the AgriEuro in-house brand were excellent, at a better price than name brands. Uses top-line components.

Ordering, despatch and delivery were all managed well. I am disappointed in one or two respects with the brush cutter I bought. The plastic domes break too easily and the screws on the capstan are overtightened, which is a problem when replacing the strim cords.

I purchase a ride on mower, It arrived, I drove it across the garden and the blade deck fell off, the fixing bolts had not been connected. I immediately contacted AgriEuro they gave me the details of their authorised repairers. I contacted these businesses that stated that the only repairs they carried out was for the engine, I ended up putting the bolts on myself. I used the machine possibly 5 times, the engine cut out, I re-started the engine but I could not stop it. I contacted AgriEuro, after lots off messing about, they collected the machine and took it to Italy. Several months later and after a lot of complaints and letter writing to their head office, which was totally ignored, the machine was returned. I started the machine, again the same problems, it would appear that no repairs had been carried out. I contacted AgrieEuro and asked for a refund, they declined stating that the machine had now be used and they did not do refunds. Again lots of complaints, I eventually got a new machine. I was without a machine for 11 months. The after sales service of this company is atrocious, once they have your money you are history.

This company only sells quality machinery at prices that are 20 to 40 percent below there competitors ,the free delivery service on top of this means I will never purchase machinery anywhere else again
