Avoid Agriexpress.ie. Unreliable and do not value customers.

Avoid this company also trades as Rohan Agri.
Ordered animal medicine online Tuesday (after hours) which I needed for Saturday. Website states 2-3 working days for delivery. Never received and no dispatch or tracking information.
Called Friday morning and was assured it was with the courier and would be delivered that day-didn't happen.
Called at 5pm and was assured it was still on route for an evening delivery-didn't happen.
The lady I spoke to said if it wasn't delivered I could collect on Saturday and return the delivery when it would arrive.
Made a 2 hour round trip Saturday to be told by the owner Tanya I could only collect the order if I paid a second time.
Tanya then changed the delivery condition to 2-3 days from dispatch which would be 4 days and was only interested in me paying again.
Absolute disgraceful customer service. There are much better and reliable companies out there.
