Very helpful staff and easy to use app
The website is easy to use and navigate, with clear details and pictures. I made a mistake when I first booked one of our stays and I emailed the support and Marco replied promptly and him and Martina helped me change the dates and offered advice for another location, which we also booked. The support staff is excellent and I highly recommend the company. I can’t speak of the properties yet since we won’t be there for another couple of months, but if they’re as described I’m sure we’ll be very happy with the accommodations.

The descriptions of the houses seem well done to me and are very helpful when choosing. What's more, I was able to get in touch with the owner of the villa I rented, who was very welcoming.

A Resting Spot in Tuscany
[I would say 4.5 stars!]
Our recent stay at Agriturismo Canale in Montelopio, Italy (Tuscany) was a lovely and relaxing experience! Francesco was gracious and met us at our quarters late in the evening after we had finally negotiated a road closure and found our way there. The next morning (and several to follow) we were greeted by Sara with a more than abundant colazione spread: cornetti, crostata, pane toscana, uova, yogurt, frutta, and of course great caffè—even though we had only ordered the national/Italian breakfast! Sara continued to be a bright and helpful daily presence, and was particularly helpful in booking a last-minute pasta-making class for me at a neighboring facility (Diaccerone).
The building and grounds—set in the stunning Tuscan hills—are beautiful, historic stone with artful landscaping, and a lovely pool area (yes, I was able to have a brief swim in late October!) It was very peaceful, though admittedly we were there in the off-season. I imagine with the place fully occupied mid-season it wouldn't be nearly as serene, but the extra liveliness would be fun (we didn't have the pleasure of their summer pizza parties). We were also there over a (surprise) holiday weekend and ended up with no breakfast service, but we had plenty of leftovers on hand!
The only issues we had were interior doors that stuck or wouldn't open fully. A nicer kitchen tablecloth would certainly brighten things up.
We would heartily recommend Agriturismo Canale!

Helpful staff
We had an issue with an incorrect link that was sent from the property, but agriturismo was incredibly helpful and resolved the situation. We were very sad not to be able to reach the vineyard because we were excited to stay. We would definitely book again with agriturismo, excellent experience.

I was disappointed in the apartment as there was no one to tell us anything about the estate.
I was disappointed in the apartment we were booked in. I was under the assumption that Agriturismo placed us in an authentic working farm. There was no one here and no evidence of a working establishment that I could see.
