Great shirt, great fit, great price

I have a very athletic build, and own tee shirts made by two of your competitors, and though the other two companys’ shirts fit pretty well, neither of them accentuates my physique the way your company’s shirts do. I like my tee shirts comfortably tight and form fitting, and ahaselected shirts accomplish that.

I also feel that the cost of ahaselected is significantly less than that of your competitors, so I can’t see buying one of their shirts when I can buy yours, which I know will fit me well at a very reasonable cost.

Their customer service sucks

I’ve ordered several times from AHA Selected and I was satisfied with quality. However, one day , one item I had bought didn’t fit and was not the same color as seen on the website. I tried to return to exchange or get a refund they’ve tried to dissuade me and offered instead a small store credit on about 50% of purchase price which I’ve refused. They did whatever they could to avoid me returning the product or getting a refund. So if it doesn’t fit or product doesn’t correspond to description tough luck !

We think there may be a misunderstanding.
Because the US warehouse has to ship and sort out customer returns, for some orders, we provide options to choose a discount code without return, or a refund without return.

The 50% refund you mentioned seems do not comply with our after-sales policy. Have you calculated it included the shipping fee or other product fees?

Good experience

Easy ordering, reasonable and accessible return policy (though it could ne a tad easier to access - I had to contact customer service for a label), friendly and professional customer service, reliable tracking, pretty fair deliver timeframe.

Damaged goods and only partial…

Damaged goods and only partial reimbursement consideration by their customer service team. I would stay away from this store if you are looking for good quality clothes and customer service

Serious concerns



My order was placed on April 15th and I paid extra for express shipping(3-5 business days). Now I'm being told it will arrive on May 5-6th? I feel I've been
deceived....3-5 business days equates to 3 weeks? Now I get a message in an email -
Items in this shipment
Tags on some of our products may be different from order claimed. Don't worry. After order received, please try the fit first. If unfit, we can process return or exchange for you. What is that all about? They are going to send me the wrong sizes?

Since one item was out of stock, the package was shipped a few days late.

When you found it shipped, you contacted us because you were dissatisfied with the estimated delivery time shown by the system.

In this regard, we provided two solutions.

After receiving your reply, we canceled your order and refunded you in full.

In addition, the sentence you copied under your comment is our explanation for the size label problem of some styles.

Our cooperative factory produces some Asian sizes, and everyone knows that Asian sizes are smaller than European and American sizes.

In other words, if you buy a size L, you may receive an item label that is an Asian size 2XL. In fact, the US size L of this item is the same as Asian size 2XL.

The shirt did not fit

The shirt did not fit. There was not a clear process for returns/exchanges on the website. The website provided an email address for returns. I sent an email requesting a return or exchange but never received a response.

Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely ridiculous!! This company is just selling shirts too small and saying it's athletic!! No no no
Definitely not long enough for body. All athletes need longer tall size lengths. Definitely NO!

Where to send returns or exchanges

I just recieved 5 XXL T shirts. I went by the sizing chart. I am 6' 230. They fit like a baby gap tshirt.
The problem is that all inquiries lead to the same page. It gives no address to mail items back. And the live chat is only good from 9-5. I'll follow up, but nothing is more irritating than an online company that makes returns extremely difficult. I will not be buying again from this company if I don't get a response soon.

March 14. I did recieve a coupon offer to buy more stuff, which was less than my original purchase. I replied and simply asked for the address to send returns. No one has responded.
On their customer service chat, no one has responded all day.
The time line for returns is limited. I feel like they are just trying to run out the clock on me.

AHA has reached out to me and did send me a return address form. Greatly appreciated this! I had looked at the return policy repeatedly and did not find an address. Could be "operator error" I'm not sure. But I think this issue is solved. Thank you.

May 16, I still have not had the charges reimbursed to my credit card.

June 3, still have not been reimbursed for the order I returned in March. Some would call that theft.

Good Quality, Comfortable Fit! Good Purchase

I received my package quickly. When I opened the package the material feels and looks good. The fit, form and function are great and I’ve received plenty of compliments on them. I like the zipper pockets and the zippers st the bottom. Very stylish. I bought a 2XL, but the next pair, I will get a XL, which is normally my size. I’m 6’ 220 pounds. I placed a second order today in other colors.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. I received a package the 10th of January and returned the 11th as they didn’t fit me, they haven’t refunded my money since.
