Purchased a vest received two and was billed for two. Yet my AHA account activity shows an order for only one vest. They keep saying I ordered two, showing me credit card transactions. They refuse to recognize the account activity of only one vest.

Ordered Adventure Stretch Pants….order took forever to arrive coming from China. Upon trying on the pants they were way too short for a LG….nothing like what was pictured. I had my 10 yr old try them on and they were almost his size. In perspective I wear LG in BYLT brand pants. I could not find any way to return these pants. No contact info was listed on website or anyway to initiate a return. It wasn’t until I went back to my original order confirmation that I noticed it stated at the bottom that if you want to return to “Respond to this email”. I sent two separate emails requesting to return and never received a response, and nothing in my spam folder either. $42.07 WASTED!

What a nightmare for refund!
On the day I received my order, I realized that the size was too small even though I had followed their size guidelines. I asked for exchange of the products with the next size on the same day and got offer to receive $65 coupon which I refused when I had paid twice as much. I then received another offer for $97 which I again refused. Their website clearly says free refunds within 35 days. This is no way to treat any customer. I have now asked for a full refund but I am not receiving any response. What a nightmare!

Incorrect order
Ordered over$200 worth of joggers and sports wear for my rahabilitate on from a bad accident,,, after a month of waiting I relieved two very ugly women's dresses!!! What in Christ sakes is that????? I'm assuming I've been scammed,,,, so buyer beware!!! They did infact send a second order that contained mostly women's clothing,,, I did photo like the asked , I didn't video opening the package because my wife I receive items delivered from Uni-Uni often. I had NO way of knowing I was opening the replacement shipment from AhaSelected because I received No tracking on the replacement. So it speaks volumes that an online merchant request you video tape opening your package,,, they are 100% a scam operation in my opinion. They have acted like I'm cheating them after they have kept my $200 and sent me crap I couldn't give away . I'd laugh but it ain't no joke.!

Good Value, run small
I like the shirts, much like BYLT but not as robust as BYLT. I'm 6'2" 230 and fit and usually wear Large shirts as they fit perfectly. These I bought XL and the shirts were snug so I had to get XXL

I ordered a three pack of the softest jogger on 12/31 and was notified that a shipment was coming 17 days later on 1/17. When it arrived there was only one pair of the joggers. No explanation. no email saying the others were in their way. It is now 2/1 and nothing in sight.

Item never arrived. Customer service appears to be Chinese bots that do not provide refund. Essentially stole $56 from me.

Slow ship
Slow ship. Product smaller than normal sizes. I ordered a pair of shorts. After, washing still has permanent creases. Would not order again.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! First-time customer here. I decided to place an order for Christmas and because their website's promise of "35 Day Free Returns, No Questions Asked, Hassle Free Shopping" gave me confidence to place an order. However, the pants and shirt didn't fit my son so I contacted customer service to request a return shipping label.
Instead of providing the label, they asked why I was returning the items. I thought what about your "No Questions Asked" policy?! But okay, I explained my reason and requested the label again. They responded by offering a $65 credit toward new products—despite the three items I wanted to return totaling $145. I declined and repeated my request for a return label. Silence.
After sending a fourth request with no response, I filed a dispute through PayPal. Suddenly, they sent an email offering a full refund without requiring me to return the items. When I agreed, they claimed they couldn't process the refund because of the active PayPal dispute and asked me to close it.
This is a common scam tactic. Once you close a PayPal dispute, you cannot reopen it—leaving you completely unprotected if they decide not to issue the refund. The case closes, they keep your money, and it appears you're a satisfied customer. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Customer service and shipping is horrible! Girlfriend ordered two shirts for Christmas, and never received them. Complete scam!! Customer service gives her the runaround, not helpful at all. Be prepared to lose your money with them.

You could improve by hiring a delivery service that would drop off packages securely off the street into a secure building and to the correct building address on label. Could also call customer as the phone number is on the label.
