Brilliant service from AH Interiors. We ordered flooring, a dining table, chairs and rugs, and everything has turned out perfect. The team were helpful, patient and made sure everything was sorted properly. Our home looks amazing now and we’re genuinely very happy.

I've dealt with AH interiors on and off for many years, the service is exemplary. I asked for an morning appointment and the carpet was fitted and left by 11am. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Would not recommend to use these for any furniture items they sell Chinese things that break/faulty after a year. Contacted them to fix the faulty furniture to then be told No we will not be fixing anything faulty.

Where do I start. 3 sofas had to be ordered over course of six months - same range, all faulty. (electric recliner) ( give them their due, they all arrived quickly) April this year, they eventually admitted that they’d had a lot of complaints and were withdrawing the sofa from sale. I asked them to fix my sofa, they said an engineer was working ‘ on a fix’ then they would come and repair it . Nothing happened for a month . I asked again what was happening. Silence. I asked again. Silence . No apologies nothing. I then threatened with Trading Standards. Then they said they couldn’t repair it after all and offered a small amount of £ as compensation for my unuseable recliner. I refused as it was not enough to get it fixed myself. They said they’d refund me fully in the end and would send £ “immediately”. They came and took my sofa away and the refund did not appear in my bank. Until again I threatened legal action. It arrived nearly a week later . No apologies, ever, not once. What kind of customer service is that. I then purchased a lovely Sofa from another company in the same area as AH and had nothing but fantastic service and delivery. 6 months of waiting and frustration from AH. Shocking.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They sell faulty products and lie about the guarantee provided for their products. Bought a bed, sofas and dining table with chairs, mattress springs broke within the first year, chairs are worn and sofas are also worn out within the first year. Never going to use them again.

Really helpful staff. The guys who fitted the wardrobe were really polite and did a really good job. Wardrobe good value and looks good. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a marble table which specified dispatched in 3-4 weeks. Company took my money and then the day after cancelled my order and refunded without an email or phone call to explain why.
I tried to call via the direct dial number, however no answer and was put through to voicemail.

Poor communication and now I've got to wait to recieve my money back so I can order a table from somewhere else.

Although I live in the Midlands I chose AH INTERIORS based on researching previous customer reviews.The service I received from Sunny was very courteous and professional.I received my RAUCH wardrobe in January and it was received complete without any damage and was superbly packed.Excellent communication throughout the process.Highly recommend.

AH interiors had the same suite that we were looking at locally but at a MUCH better price. Ordering on-line was simple after a pleasant chat with someone (sorry I didn't catch your name) who advised me of quality and features. Delivery was fast, within a couple of days and all went well.
Unfortunately one recliner developed a small fault which I reported to AH. Within 3 days they had a complete new recliner delivered and the existing one removed along with all the packaging. Wow!
You just don't get service like this today. I'm very impressed with AH Interiors and their super helpful staff. Sunny in particular deserves a mention.

Do not use they dont help when something is faulty

Cannot be happier with our new flooring supplied and fit today. Would recommend 100%

AH provided excellent fitting services which were fast and neat. Very happy with the quality of the fitting. Andrew was very helpful with giving good advice with what carpets and floor boards would be best for long term use.

Delivered a broken storage settee. Promised would come and repair however been over 2 months and noone has turned up. Went to the shop and was told they had all the material ready to come and fix it on site, again noone turned up, rang back and was told someone knocked on the door but noone answere. There is always someone at hime! Did they not think to ring and say we are outside??? Have tried ringing 100 times and suprisingly noone is picking up also left Voice mail and guess what noone is ringing back! Stay away from this cheap rubbish company!!
