Fraud company
Fraud company. Captures the amount from your card before any items is sent, and tries to circumvent by saying they don’t no anything and when the items can be sent - legally an e-commerce store isn’t allowed to capture an amount before items ARE sent, in fact, capture isn’t allowed legally before the order is handed over to the delivery company.

I ordered contact lenses from Ai and didn’t receive my order.
After reaching out to the company, I was literally told that it wasn’t their problem and they were not able to help me in anyway. I highly advise against buying from Ai.
No customer service or any help at all!
Ai informs that they have no insurance covering cases like this, so I just threw money out the window.
