This is my second review for Aileen’s PMP Prep course. In my first review, I gave glowing remarks after having taken the four day course and tested on the fifth day and receiving above target in all categories. Her Program has so much Agile content, that I felt confident to take the PMI-ACP exam as well. I completed that exam today, again, scoring above target in all categories!

I chose to self-study for the PMP and used many free resources available on YouTube and other platforms. However, I wanted to make sure I was truly understanding the material before I took the test, so I subscribed the Aileen's program after finding her on YouTube. Absolutely worth it! Her guidance on analyzing question and answer structures served me well- I passed the PMP first time go with an Above Target rating. I wholeheartedly recommend Aileen's study course for PMP prep!

I was referred to this program by my mentor who also took it and I'm so grateful I listened. Having the course be self paced helped me power through it around my kids and work schedule. The fact that there's multiple tests including final exam tests were so helpful. And the most helpful is how you're taught to really pay attention to the question and identify key words. When it finally came time to take my test, I was able to better narrow down answers by noticing context clues.

Aileen is very thorough in her explanations and strategy towards passing the PMP exam. Her good instruction and online tools provide the prospective tester with proven skills and a confidence to relax and just do it.

I started her paid program in March and planned to test in May, but experienced a huge family bereavement. I moved my test date to July, still a little hesitant because I’m still grieving. Aileen positive encouragement gave me a boost of confidence to just do it and I’m glad I did.

Aileen has over 25 years of experience and knows what she is talking about. I passed the PMP on my first try after taking her in-person PMP class in June 2023. Study her quizzes and 7 sample tests again and again and you will know the information needed to pass the exam. She is the perfect instructor for this course. Also, take the test as soon as you finish her in-person class while everything is still fresh in your mind.

Aileen Ellis is a phenomenal instructor and coach who models every PMI principle in the way she runs her business and conducts her classes. She teaches with such authority and precision that you know you will pass the exam within the first two hours of class-- if you commit to take the test on a set schedule. Every single thing she does in the class is purpose driven to get you a passing score and make you a true PMI practitioner.

Ms. Aileen's program is very detailed oriented. Having her content along with getting the books she recommends; forces you to dive into the material and take it full on. Take this program and you will understand Project Management more than just being a PMP.

Aileen’s program was great. I started her program and took the test within 3 months. Follow her velocity chart planning and stick to the deadline for taking your test! With her on demand videos, she truly teaches you the tools and techniques needed to learn everything you will need to pass the exam. Her content and quizzes are given in a manner so that you learn the content through these informative videos. I highly recommend her live sessions as well that she offers in Monday and Thursday’s starting from the beginning as well. This gives you additional time to learn topics out of the sequence the on demand course gives you. Thank you Aileen!

I first learned about Aileen through her free virtual training sessions. After the first lesson I knew that her courses and teaching style were right for me.

The AME Group offers self-paced, virtual, and live training options, but for me the live in-person training was the only way to go. Aileen recommends taking the exam as quickly as possible following class and I must agree. After attending the class Monday through Thursday, I took the test on Friday and scored “Above Target” in all three categories!

Aileen and AME Group, Inc. are experts in PMP prep. She really has the material dialed-in to create a focused learning experience. She covers not only on the content of the PMP exam but also, and more importantly, she covers test taking principles and the PMI perspective on project management.

Aileen's service is absolutely amazing for PMP prep and especially for the self paced individual. As if attempting the PMP Certification at 52 weren’t hard enough, I have 3 learning disabilities that make all leaning difficult (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia). I knew I would be spending a lot of time and money to pass the PMP exam, so I took a sabbatical from work and registered for a $3,000 sixteen-week Graduate class in Essentials in Project Management, a $1,200 four-day bootcamp in PMP Exam Prep, and even spent $800 on some one-on-one tutoring with a SAFe Fellow I knew. None of it worked. While I learned a great deal, I was still testing at 50% on an exam simulator. One night, out of sheer frustration, I Googled the words “earned value” and stumbled upon a YouTube video with Aileen Ellis. I immediately loved her teaching style! I signed-up for her free 2 week earned value workshop and quickly learned the concept. I appreciated the clarity of Aileen’s sample questions and her tactic of searching for key words. Aileen never skipped a single step in her videos. She never took it for granted that I inferred what she implied. Once the workshop was over, I reached out to Aileen via email, and found out about her self-paced PMP Exam Prep course for a mere $149 a month. I devoured her 200 lessons in 3 weeks. I had a hard deadline for my PMP exam date. Aileen’s course was exactly what I needed to gain that extra chunk of knowledge. Once I was testing at 88% on an exam simulator, I knew I was ready to sit for my PMP exam. Not only did I pass the exam on my first attempt, I scored Above Target on 2 of the 3 domains. And, to Aileen’s credit, I finished the exam in 3 hours and 8 minutes with 52 minutes to spare. Her key word technique made all the difference! Aileen Ellis is a game changer, and I thank God I found her when I did.

Not only does Aileen teach you everything you need to know to pass the PMP, I believe her greatest skill is teaching test taking. Particularly, PMI test taking. The questions in her course are similar to what you will see when you take the PMI Test. She does a wonderful job on narrowing down her material to be relevant to what you will see on the test. Aileen, I'm trained and qualified teacher, but your method of teaching, presentation of learning materials are so unique that it is difficult for you to get a march. You're a great teacher and instructor. Honestly, Aileen's experience in project management is exemplary. She made me to understand everything about project management. I have no hesitation to recommend any one who wants to pass the PMP Exam. Thanks for everything.

Aileen's course and material were so, so helpful in preparing and passing the PMP. She does an excellent job of explaining the concepts, helping you to understand the material, explain how PMI describes the concepts so you are aware of definitions used, and all around preparing you for the exam. The heavy focus on practice questions is very helpful as it let me understand how to pragmatically answer the questions at the same time further practicing the material. Her content is through in discussing the questions and why answers are wrong and right making it understandable and not memorization. The live sessions twice a week are in the same format and the interaction and questions help bring the content together even more.

After YEARS of trying to self-study and prepare for the exam with other prep-books, I enrolled in Aileen's online self paced course. The online course is relevant, current, and allows a path to success and I highly recommend it. However, for me, my work/life balance kept me from following the study plan I committed to. When the 4 day boot camp became available in March, I cleared my calendar, and took the time to focus and get what I needed from the course. Alieen's online and face-to-face programs train you on the "why" for the PMI questions, and not just memorization. All the information you need from applying, preparing, contact hours, and managing your time for the exam is covered during both courses. I passed my exam the First Time and Above Target in all categories. Thank you Aileen for you support and encouragement to help me achieve this long time goal!

Aileen’s online PMP prep course is amazing and very thorough. I’ve been taking this course for the past 11 weeks and obtained the PMP certification last Thursday! With the course material and her recommended resources, that is all that I needed to score above target in all 3 domains!

Some tips: Make a plan in the beginning and stick to it, if you get behind, just make up the lessons the following days. Pay attention to key words, take a lot of notes throughout the lessons, use the quizzes and exams as a learning approach, it’s okay to get the answer wrong. Just look it up, understand it, and move on. Next time you take the quiz or exam you will more than likely get it correct! Good luck to everyone studying!

I had been studying for the last three months, not confident at all that I was ready. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to push my test date back 10 days. That day, I found Aileen online. I spent the next ten days pouring through her materials and finally growing in my confidence. I passed the PMP exam on the first attempt yesterday. I scored Above Target in all three categories, after using this program for less than 4 weeks.
Aileen Ellis’s program is unique among PMP preparation offerings. It is set up to actually teach you the material, rather than memorizing answers. This leads one to be much better prepared to take the test, but most importantly arms one with knowledge to use as a project manager.
The program offers on-demand online sessions and twice-weekly live sessions. One session a week is open to anyone, so if you are debating whether to purchase this program, do yourself a favor and sit in on a class. It will convince you of the value of the methodology and the level of Aileen’s expertise. The online program contains 200 lessons of various lengths from a few minutes to about an hour. It also contains chapter quizzes to validate your learning as you go, as well as full-length practice exams that closely mirror the format of the actual exam questions. One of the critical pieces to these practice exams being that each answer is explained as you click on it, whether correct or incorrect.
Aileen’s method teaches you to look for keywords in the question and answers so you can easily eliminate most incorrect answers. She also points out what the test makers are looking for vs. what you might be doing in your organization in real life. She explains the answers, both the correct and incorrect ones, so you understand the rationale behind each. Many answers even include information about where that item actually belongs, if it was incorrect for this question. This is critical to understanding, not just memorizing information. She walks you through the logic in the questions and answers, so you can answer those tricky “what would you do first/next” questions.
The PMP exam is not easy, but once you complete this course, you will have the competence as well as the confidence to pass the exam. This is extremely valuable because nervousness on exam day can derail someone even if they know the material.
If you are committed to studying and need a blueprint for the most effective way to learn the material, this is the program for you. I don’t know the percentage of student in this program who pass the exam on the first try, but you can see for yourself in the testimonials.
