I passed my exam on June 17, 2022, on the first try with an above target score! I could not have achieved this without the valuable videos and teachings from Aileen. I had gone thru a boot camp but was missing a thorough understanding of the material. It just touched the surface of the material. Aileen’s in-depth program focuses on analyzing the questions, and allows the student to learn the PMBOK information at the same time as you learn how to take the exam. Absolutely brilliant! I started Aileen's PMP Prep program in March 2022 after struggling with learning the material through books and other platforms. The presentations are based on information contained in the PMP exam content outline. I passed the exam on 22nd April, 2022. I was already armed with the 35 contact hours when I came across a review of Aileen's self study course on LinkedIn. At the time, I was so confused on where to start. My mind was everywhere. Mind you, I had already scheduled my exam to 4 weeks from then. Aileen's course had 224 lessons which I had to finish before doing the exam. Aileen helped me draft a study plan which I actually finished a week before the exam. Reason being, Aileen keeps you motivated whenever you report your progress (I was doing so weekly). Having to report one's progress gives you discipline.

Aileen also keeps you going by providing feedback in every comment you post on the course portal. She will also tell you all the resources you need and instill the PMP mindset in you. The sample questions are of high value as it tweaks your thinking and helps you read in between the lines to know what the examiner wants. This helped me a lot when answering questions in my actual exam.

Studying for the exam was extremely taxing-emotionally, physically and mentally but at the back of my mind, I had someone who was rooting for me to succeed, and that is Aileen. This kept going. I credit most, if not all of my success to her guidance and the self study course. If you absolutely have no idea of where to start, this is your home. I highly recommend Aileen's course to anyone planning to sit for the exam in whatever time to come.

I don't recall exactly how I came in contact with Aileen's program. However, prior to my encounter with her training program, I had completed all my requirements, including the 35 hours training using another PMP authorized training program, a LOT more expensive than Aileen's. But it still felt like I was incompetent and lacked confidence, especially because they taught ITTOs heavily! I definitely was not ready to test after their training. Suffice to say that I attended Aileen's live webinar from time to time, off and on, and then in one of her genuine ways of encouraging students during her webinar, she mentioned her study plan. At that point, I knew that was what I needed in other to ace the test. I said to myself that "if I fail to plan for this exam, then I plan to fail." All prior plans had fallen through! So, I enrolled in her self study program with the goal of completing 224 videos. Her training is thorough and explicit. Her approach is Agile. Her timing strategy also helped me a lot because I wouldn't have completed the questions if I didn't memorize the timing strategy to guide me on test day. I found myself reviewing sections when I should have ended, and thus save enough time for subsequent domains. Apart from all these, she encouraged me through the process: reassessing my velocity every now and again, promptly answering my questions (you will never receive such detailed and prompt responsiveness from any other program), coached me through the process, advised me on choosing my test date, recommended what I should be doing in the last 48 hours leading up to my test. She was involved all throughout, and I needed that. I mean, you can't get anything close to this elsewhere, not for the price she's charging.

You will NEVER regret signing up for her program. She is simply the best!

And by the way, I passed my exam in one seating!

I passed the PMI PMP exam in April 2022 with above target scores in all 3 areas!
In preparing for the PMI PMP exam, I took a full 35 credit course with another provider (PMI Certified training provider). To my dismay, I finished the course feeling very unprepared for the exam. Their example questions were long, confusing and did not provide immediate feedback on the answers and reasons.

I searched the web and found one of Aileen's videos. After some more research and a brief email exchange with Aileen, I signed up for her monthly subscription. The self-paced videos and questions allowed me to move quickly through the courses. The questions provided immediate feedback and references.

Aileen provides example questions that are in line with the questions presented on the exam. She also teaches the concepts in a way that were easy to understand. This was in contrast to the other provider I worked with whom presented these concepts in a complicated, cumbersome manner.

I highly recommend Aileen for your project management training needs!

Without the Aileen program, I wouldn't be able to prepare for the CAPM exam. It is one of the best educational programs I have ever experienced. I am saying this as a former art high school teacher who had to design a new curriculum each year and also as a person who has an MBA degree majoring in Project Management...my University handed me a diploma knowing that without certification it means nothing on the employment market. Well, that is why I have no words to describe what a great job Aileen is doing for us.
