AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
We were given a 1 month delivery time that we should get our goods. We waited 6 months before getting something. We purchased 4 systems- including Vanguards and ground stations costing over $60,000. We had to pay extra money for so called CE documents- we now know this was a scam as there is no genuine CE.
The first unit received was very obviously a used item which was damaged and not in working condition. It didnt even come with the protective case it should have. After the first system turned up it was 2 more months till other items began to arrive. Again the systems were in a poor condition- damaged and there were lots of parts still missing so we could not try to use them- such as missing propellers, batteries, cameras, charger.
We paid extra for some spares that never got sent. The Camera that we did get was the wrong one. The quality is unbelievably bad, I cant believe they would send this to people. They told us that the drones would have pliable landing gear- they dont!
They said we would get a flight time on one of the systems of 50 minutes- it cant even do 30.
On the other system- the Vanguard they said over 90 minutes but it doesnt even do 45 minutes.
There are so many issues still outstanding with these items. They are stuck in a warehouse and do not work. They do not like to communicate after they get your money- they do not care once they are paid. They will not resolve the problems. These things do not do anything like what they say they will. We have spoken to other people in the same situation....there are now hundreds of thousands dollars worth of these products that have been purchased but dont work and dont do what they promise they will. They clearly dont care at all what problems they might be causing you as an individual or a business. There have been so many issues I am not able to write it all, it would take forever. I will just say that you would have to be stupid to buy drones from this company. I wish we had been given this advice before we sent them a dime!
