Good, clean UX, quick and simple to use.

They respond once to their email and not again leaving my issue unresolved, ask for details and do not respond. Causing me unnecessary stress to be honest, better not use them since they are holding my 2000 euros hostage. Even if this is a security check it shouldn’t be this hard to help your customer out. Crazy company sadly never thought this would happen since ive used them quite much.

I’ve had a great experience with Aircash so far. The app is simple to use, payments are fast, and everything works smoothly. Topping up is quick and I’ve never had any issues. Definitely a reliable and convenient service — would recommend!

I used to think Aircash was a decent digital wallet, but it has completely devolved into a predatory scheme designed to nickel-and-dime you for simply accessing your own money. What started as a fair service is now a massive bait-and-switch.
They lure you in, and then suddenly you realize they are charging you for absolutely everything. Here is the reality of their "service":
The 3% "Catch-All" Fee: They now slap a 3% fee on transactions for anything categorized under games of chance, including betting, casinos, and the lottery. You used to be able to buy vouchers without these ridiculous charges!
Punished for Withdrawing Cash: If you want to withdraw your own cash at a partner point of sale (like Tisak, Ina, or Tifon), they take a massive 4% cut. Trying to use an ATM in Croatia? That will cost you a fixed 1.53 EUR plus another 2% of the amount.
Taxed on Basic Transfers: Even sending money to another user costs a 1% fee. Want to withdraw your funds to your own IBAN bank account? That’s another 1% fee.
Beyond the incredibly greedy fee structure, the app is fundamentally untrustworthy. I've experienced money literally disappearing from my account, and their heavily advertised "promotions" operate like calculated scams just to bait you in. Even their basic pricing is deceitful—their app claims the Aircash Mastercard costs 5 EUR, but external official summaries quote it at 8 EUR.
This is easily the worst app in the online banking category. They are not a legitimate, trustworthy financial institution; they are actively ripping people off. Protect your money and avoid Aircash at all costs!

⚠️ Klasična navlakuša i prevara: Predatorske naknade i nula povjerenja. Izbjegavajte! ⚠️

Nekada sam mislio/la da je Aircash sasvim solidan digitalni novčanik, ali se potpuno pretvorio u predatorsku shemu kojoj je jedini cilj otimanje vašeg vlastitog novca kroz apsurdne naknade. Ono što je počelo kao poštena usluga sada je obična prevara i navlakuša.
Namame vas unutra, a onda shvatite da vam naplaćuju apsolutno sve. Evo prave istine o njihovoj "usluzi":
"Skrivena" naknada od 3%: Sada bez srama lupaju naknadu od 3% na sve transakcije koje spadaju u kategoriju igara na sreću, što uključuje klađenje, kasina i lutriju. Prije ste mogli kupovati bonove bez ovih smiješnih naknada!
Kažnjavanje za podizanje gotovine: Ako želite podići vlastiti novac na prodajnim mjestima partnera (poput Ine, Tifona, Tiska i iNovina), uzimaju vam ogromnih 4%. Pokušavate koristiti bankomat u Hrvatskoj? To će vas koštati fiksnih 1,53 EUR plus još 2% od iznosa.
Oporezivanje osnovnih prijenosa: Čak i obično slanje novca drugom korisniku košta 1% naknade. Želite prebaciti svoja sredstva na vlastiti IBAN bankovni račun? To je još 1% naknade.
Osim nevjerojatno pohlepne strukture naknada, aplikacija je u samoj srži nepouzdana. Događalo mi se da novac doslovno nestane s računa, a njihove agresivno oglašavane "promocije" funkcioniraju kao proračunate prevare samo da vas namame. Čak su im i osnovne cijene obmanjujuće – u službenom cjeniku aplikacije piše da Aircash Mastercard kartica košta 5,00 EUR, dok se na vanjskim pretragama navodi cijena od 8 EUR.
Ovo je uvjerljivo najgora aplikacija u kategoriji internetskog bankarstva. Oni nisu legitimna, pouzdana financijska institucija; oni aktivno potkradaju vlastite korisnike. Čuvajte svoj novac i izbjegavajte Aircash pod svaku cijenu!

The app is great for everyday payments. I use it for online shopping and never had any problems with the app or card. It’s also very easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone!😄

I’ve been using Aircash for four years. It’s great to see how they upgraded the app trough the years adjusting it to users’s needs. Everytime I whised they would add something it would appear. One of those things is the Aircash Mastercard which I use for everything. It’s my most trusted payment app and card. I hope they will continue like this. Thank you

Guys is SCAM! Never user that service, they banned me straight away after registration, i wrote review here, they ask me to write e-mail , i did it and got answer that i can charge back my balance for 7% )))))) SCAMMERS!

I am very disappointed with this app. During registration, the Kosovo phone prefix is available, which gives the impression that users from Kosovo are supported. However, during identity verification, Kosovo is not listed as an option for document issuer, making it impossible to verify my account.

This is confusing and unfair to users. If you allow Kosovo numbers, you should also support Kosovo documents for verification. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and add Kosovo to the verification system.

I use Aircash Mastercard to pay online and when I travel. I just top it up with my bank card without worrying about my personal data. If I want to top it up with cash I can also do that at MrPay locations. Aircash is convenient and reliable.

Great product, easy to use, low fees, great marketplace. Onboarding was quick and easy.

I have repeatedly asked for confirmation of the last transaction from them and they have not even bothered to respond, very bad.. I do not recommend.. they should be attentive to customer requests

Totally unreliable. I ordered a free Aircash Mastercard before New Year’s from their website. It said that it can be ordered for free until the end of 2025. and it would be delivered in 7 working days. They never sent the card, and the customer service is not responding to my question at all, only generic messages. A very unserious company. Not sure if trusting them with money is a good idea.

I requested a withdrawal from my Aircash account to my BT card on December 19 at 15:48, but the funds have still not arrived as of December 21, 17:09.

This delay is very frustrating, as I rely on these transactions to be processed on time. I have already contacted customer support, but I have not received a clear update yet.

I hope Aircash can resolve this issue promptly, as waiting multiple days for a simple transfer is disappointing and stressful.

Aircash suddently restricted my acces to cash depoits and requested some documents (bank reports and source of money)
I don t have an issue with this request and i submitted all the documents on 12.november

The problem i have with them is with HOW THEY DID IT. They blocked me without any warning without any notice Their app said ‘error. Call customer service’
When calling customer service i found out that the superior department blocked my cash deposit option and they asked me to send them an email to request unblocking so they can reply and ask me for speciffic documents. I asked if i broke any limits or rulles and they said NO. - For me, this is banana republic style…

The 2nd problem i have with them is that today is 3rd of december and after 3 weeks, i have no feedback from them. I also called customer service to ask them to review my docs and call center told me they can t help - it is with the Superrior Department
In 3 weeks they could not read my email. Reading and analising time estimated is about 1h with cafee break included.

Later edit: 09.december, no answer, no update still…

I’ve been using the app for a long time and I’m very satisfied. I’d like to compliment the bill payment by scanning, with no fees. Also adding money to the account is very easy and fast. That’s excellent. It would be great if you removed the fees for sending money from one Aircash account to another. Many users, including myself, use competing apps for this because they don’t charge any fees.

I discovered Aircash when I was on vacation in Croatia and needed to pay parking. It was the easiest and fastest way. When I came back home to Austria I noticed the Aircash Mastercard in Lidl and decided to test it sunce I travel a lot and I needed a trustworthy card for my travels. The topup process is simple and quick. You can connect your bank card or use Google pay. I used Aircash Mastercard on my last four trips and it worked perfectly. I recommend Aircash!
