Product purchased was ARYG24-45LMLA & ARXG24-45KMLA Return Air Plenum , ARYG24-45LMLA & ARXG24-45KMLA Supply air Plenum
Product purchased was advised by customer services. Once fitted, the outlets don't line up correctly they are off centre to unit outlet and return plenums were very fragile and not quite fitted right.
UPDATED RESPONSE.
Thats not the response I was expecting. This is the only fragile one I've recieved, maybe because of its size it is more flimsy. I had to actually screw the sliding return plenum part onto the slider as it kept falling out of the 2 notches supplied.

We are sorry to learn that you were not fully satisfied with our product. The outlets are manufactured off centre on purpose. The reason for this is that many AC units have a blanking plate at one side of the indoor coil. We place the outlets to avoid this.
You have ordered the "fragile" return plenums on four separate occasions this year. Hopefully, it will be your last.
