Product purchased failed

Product purchased failed, cost x2 further site visits to rectify, issies are still on going. No real help from the seller. Single pot of glue provided FOC to re seal ££££ worth of insulation.

We sell thousands of lengths of the insulation you purchased and have not received any complaints of this nature from anybody else.
We are not responsible for any installations which take place after the goods have been purchased. We can offer advice & guidance but this was never requested prior to installation.
We sent a tin of adhesive as a gesture of goodwill, which, when applied correctly is suitable for the amount of insulation purchased.
