I bought an edgun leshiy from BAR a long time ago and a craftsman vit stock a few weeks ago. I hear they’ve suffered some poor reviews recently so I’ve posted this review in hope of raising their average.
When I bought my leshiy I drove up from Peterborough on a Friday through Manchester rush hour traffic and arrived just as they were closing. Despite this they were happy to serve me and gave me a great trade-in price on my FX Cyclone.
The craftsman vit stock arrived when they said it would and was very well packaged.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

Another smooth and easy purchase from BAR. Always worth the time to travel and deal with them. Always helpful and very customer focused. I wish other shops out there did as much to help out and support their customers. Thanks folks, no doubt will be back again soon!

Delighted as ever with my latest dealing with BAR. First visited in 1987 and had absolutely perfect service from that day on. Always a pleasure to see Lloyd and the gang and get looked after so well.

I was in on Saturday to collect a back ordered Kalibrgun Cricket 2. Service was absolutely fantastic. Even changed out the stock on the gun for a minor mark cos I’m OCD.
Could not fault any of the guys at all. In respect of the gun. Wow, super impressed. Accurate as hell on the 40m indoor range. Can’t wait to get it out in the fields.

I hadn't had an air rifle since 1980 and was recommend to BAR in June 2020 I walked in and was left alone to brouse around without being pressured at all I then spoke to Shaun & Lloyd very knowledgeable and great advice these guys know their stuff I should have listened to Shaun's initial advise as It came back to bite me as he said it would I ordered a new Gamo maxim elite there and then as a plinking gun.
When I got home I was so impressed by the experience i went back days later to order a new Daystate huntsman regal xl. 177 .when I picked up my rifles I needed a silencer gun bags Scope etc etc. Lloyd looked after me with higher end used accessories which is really appreciated
I can't recommend them highly enough great shop great people and I was really impressed how they looked after me it's only a 36 mile round trip for me but BAR will be my go to shop. Thanks guys great job

The review I gave was factual, the refund took 5 days so not immediately as described, you gave me very little help as I done all the phone calling to you, I am still out of pocket by £25 RFD and £20 Postage fee on return of the rifle to you which I suppose I have to live with, I have never had an apology off you for this rifle in fact Lloyd has text me by private message not to contact him again and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with rifle where’s it’s clearly broken and has parts missing, maybe you should stick to making you tube videos rather than selling air rifles or change your stock and start selling deactivated wall hangers as that’s what I seemed to receive from you, anyone that deals with you guys good luck as I had to make at least a dozen calls before I could speak to anyone, sort of felt as if I got completely ignored after a purchase?

Ordered my cricket last Saturday and it was delivered Friday after being posted Wednesday, due to being closed.
I got a call from them at 9.30 on the dot Wednesday for my local dealers details to send it to,
The service is second to none,
And the gun is absolutely awesome.
Took it out of the very well packed BOXES and ran it through the crony.
These guys as a bit special.
The gun is stunning and so is the performance.

Can honestly say these guys are great!! Purchased a item the week lockdown happened and it turned out the item was sold twice by mistake they apologised sincerely and for the mess up they gave me a even better item all bowed plus wit bits.. many thanks and all the best

Been in there again today bought a nikko sterling 3.9.40 scope fitted it while i waited .as a longbow archer all this is new to me but blackpool air rifles up to now are spot on for service and advice also joined blackpool air rifle club nice guys there cant do enough to help me get started .paul norbury .

i sent my fx wildcat cat to get repaired under warranty.neither asi or blackpool air riles would admit the poor workmanship after the rifle was returned.very poor customer care.i was told from both companys..it wasnt us, it was them.as a customer, i was left as piggy in the middle.

Ordered a bullpup stock for my hw100 and it was delivered the next day.amazing service and an amazing bit of kit,definitely be using you again great stuff cannot fault recommend to all my mates

They dealt with a scope of mine that had developed a problem and got me and brand new replacement sent to me in Coventry free of any charge , can't praise the staff in there highly enough , 10/10 Excellent Service .

Been buying stuff from Blackpool Air Rifles for years & always been delighted with everything they do. They give honest advice, and they sell some really good kit. The lads who work there are all keen shooters who really know what they're talking about. A lot of the Second hand stuff is often especially good, and reasonably priced.

The three airguns I own at present were all bought from here - 2 new & 1 used.

No hesitation whatsoever in recommending these lads to anyone. it's a good thing that I live a good couple of hours drive away, or I'd be in there more often.

Ordered a webley raider from them arrives a few days later at my not so local rfd. Instantly I could tell that the loading mech was faulty basically couldn't load the rifle at all. Phoned them up very helpful on the phone polite they said send the rifle back which cost me £25 of my own money had all ready paid the rfd £25 for delivery. Plus £80 in a taxi to collect it. In the end to cut it short they refunded my original purchase price of £381 but I'm now £130 down still with no rifle bad practise really should have at least refunded me the return postage cost and the rfd transfer fee as it certainly wasn't my fault the rifle was faulty straight out the box. Final words polite and helpful but wouldn't order again in case the same situation happened twice.
