I placed this order by mistake and called within minutes after realizing my mistake, I was told the order was cancelled. Then I received an email that the order was being shipped, I called again and left a message. I haven't received a return call. I sent 2 emails that the order was cancelled and have not heard anything...I am not impressed and have been a customer for several years...

I have Air oasis for years bought a new…
I have Air oasis for years bought a new bulb. Didn't work I assume the equipment was old so I bought a new one. Well it come in a big box and wasn't wrapped. i assume it bounce around and didn't work. the box was 16 by 12 by 7. Really no plastic or bubble wrap or paper around it. didn't work. The bulb was different from mine and didn't work.

I do not like your new marketing
I do not like your new marketing. Your prices are now too high it really discourages me from buying more. I don’t feel like you are loyal to your very long time buying customers and there is never any discounts on filters. I own MANY of your older units. I have several and buy filters to replace them. They are never on sale anymore. I’d love to try a new unit and wish you’d offer a trade in type offer or put bundles on prices of replacement filters. I also wish you had sales during holidays like you used to so people

My unit never works right
My unit never works right. The built-in sensor does not work you’ve discontinued my air filter and I am required to purchase the filters from you frequently more so because the sensor does not properly work on the filter therefore it’s always running at high therefore I go through filters more frequently.

I left the web site open and the next day I still seen the sale prices, but the sale was over. My fault for not purchasing immediately at the sale price.
