Paul’s place was clean and efficient. Walking distance to train line. Check and out was simple and well explained. Minor problems was dealt with in a quick manner. I would use Paul’s place again. My only complaint was it got pretty cold at night sometimes. I guess it is norm for London.

The company for Nina’s House in Notting Hill were amazing, they provided all the information we needed for the apartment. Communication was great responded very fast and answered any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. I will 100% book again.

Great location two minutes from Whitechapel, would recommend.
Very clean and convenient to travel…
Very clean and convenient to travel using the West Drayton station which is about a 9 minute walk. I felt safe in the area at night. There was everything in the kitchen to prepare breakfast etc. I had a good experience. First time using AirB&B. Instructions were easy to follow and response was good. I would use again. I didn’t give 4 stars because unit was a bit too cold at times. To be fair most indoor places were cold indoor.

Was an amazing stay the owners were very helpful! I would highly recommend as me and my family will definitely be back!
Poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.
Major issues were repeatedly informed via email and phone call but there was no intervention at the property during our stay at the AirBnB run by this company. They would not engage with us at all about the inconvenience arising from us having to rebag and dispose garbage left by the previous occupant. Refund of deposit took more than a month to come through and only after badgering them about it.

Great settings, amazing house, bad communication with air operate
The house was a in beautiful setting either off road parking for 4cars easily. The house was spotlessly clean and the garden was gorgeous both the front and back. Shame we weren't able to use it or the hot tub due to the bad weather. The cleaning lady was fantastic with helping return left behind items especially a birthday hamper. The communication between air operate, and cleaners and us about late check out was diabolical. Please work on your communication air operate.

Neil’s place in Brent, London is beautiful clean and modern flat. Essentially fully kitted kitchen with a washing machine. Close to Harlesden station 7 minutes and Willesden Junction Station 11 minutes. Easy and clear check in and checkout options. Variety of food and grocery options about 10 minutes away.
Some minor criticism: it’s a bit far from central London and beds are a bit narrow. The bath tub is slippery and could benefit from a rubber bathtub mat.
Overall, good value for money and a beautiful place.
Great location near Battersea power station
Stayed here for 2 nights with family and it was lovely. 3 decent sized double bedrooms and a pleasantly decorated living room. The kitchen area was perfect, although we did not use it. Great location near Battersea power station, with a tube station within a 4 min walk.
The experience was not good
The experience was not good. The apartment itself was very good, but the problems started as soon as we arrived.
There was no power in the apartment and we contacted by phone, finally we managed to get power, the cleaning staff had left the differential off.
We then realized that the front door could not be closed and we contacted the phone again, the person on the phone did not know what to do and told us that he would check and call us back. After calling again and not having the solution, they sent us an SMS and we were able to solve it.
The sofa bed was tiny, impossible to sleep two adults, which was the case, and the outlets in the entire apartment (of which there were many), except those in the kitchen and the bedroom did not work. Put in contact once again, the answer was that there was no solution to the sofa bed and that we should endure it as best we could. They didn't give us a solution to the issue of plugs either, they told us to plug in everything we had in the master bedroom, where there was only one plug, or in the kitchen because they were not going to solve the issue.
There was also no hand towel or mat for the shower exit.
Finally we lost more than an hour and they didn't solve anything for us.
I really don't recommend it.

Un bajo bien ubicado, cerca del metro withechapel. La casa bastante limpia, y con todo lo necesario.
Por otro lado, hubiera estado bien que el anuncio reflejara que hay que hacer un depósito de £200. Se que la gente que alquila su casa tiene muchas inseguridades, pero los que alquilamos también, hoy en día hay muchos timos, y daba la sensación.
Por otro lado, el sitio de r cogida de llaves está cerca de la casa, así que no es problema.

A well-located ground floor, near the Withechapel metro. The house is quite clean, and with everything you need.
On the other hand, it would have been nice if the advert reflected that a £200 deposit is required. I know that people who rent their homes have a lot of insecurities, but those of us who rent too, nowadays there are a lot of scams, and it seemed like that.
On the other hand, the key collection place is close to the house, so it is not a problem.

We enjoyed 3 nights overthere with 4 people, we did had minor difficulties , but owner are very responsive towards the issue. For the location wise, it so perfect and nearby the central city and near the iconic area in London, thank you very much.

Excellent accommodation and close to shops. We had an emergency issue hours before flight. The team did what they could in the last minute to help me resolve the issue. I highly recommend and thank the team for a wonderful stay!!

An unsafe experience
The accommodation was a complete letdown. Felt extremely unsafe after someone broke into the apartment while I was out and damaged the lock. When I arrived back, late Sunday afternoon I could not enter into the apartment. The lack of response from the provided number exacerbated the situation as most of my calls and messages were left unanswered. I was forced to leave shopping and groceries outside the door as I had to leave for a work meeting.
Furthermore, the management offered no assistance, forcing me to leave work to return to meet the locksmith.
As an experienced traveler, I've stayed in numerous apartments around the world and have never had an experience as bad as this. On top of that, the drains were blocked, the shower flooded through the bedroom so all in all, I would not recommend this apartment.
