Fake jerseys, nowhere close to the real one, thierry henry jersey had a fake logo and looked nothing like it. cost $100. not worth it at all

Ordered online, took my money instantly, but no acknowledgement, no emails, not able to access the account i just set up, not answering calls - basically doesn't seem to be any way of contacting them. When I set up the account, it revealed full names and addresses of people (I assume customers) all over the world. Not sure they are complete scanmmers as some people do seem to get products eventually, but absolutely appaling customer service. I recommend avoiding like the plague!

Just a poor quality product. it doesn't say what material it is made from. but it's a strange one, the product is surprisingly thick and heavy. Not what I would expect for a sports shirt. The design is also pretty poor.
My wife ordered this for me as a gift and thought that I was getting a designer concept product. But in reality, paid over $80 for a product that can't be worth more than ten bucks.

I don’t even want to give 1 star …absolute scam no product received ,no legitimate number to contact them on and no reply to emails ,funnily enough the post code is the same as uk soccershop and the reviews from there also a scam ,so people go elsewhere and don’t bother with this so called company there just extorting money from you .

I ordered three shirts in November; was billed and paid off the bill on my credit card in December. It is now February and I have still not received the jerseys and they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. They have a contact page but it does not work. There is no way to contact customer support. I have paid $133.14 for merchandise I never received and have no way to contact them. At this point in time, I feel I was scammed. Do NOT take a chance on this company.

I ordered a shirt from Airo Sportswear a month or so ago and had no update on shipping or anything. The business is incredibly hard, if not impossible to get hold of. However, my shirt arrived today. It's a really good product which is made of a high quality material. Bit of a pain with not being able to contact them, but perfectly happy with the end product.

I would certainly recommend them, as they have a good range of interesting concept shirts, but I would equally recommend to them that they do something about their contact information etc.

Avoid at all costs. Takes weeks to even process the payment. Takes weeks, months, years to be delivered. No customer support. No response to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company. I still don't know if they are a scam company or not but they do not reply to emails (or rarely) and are a rip-off. I ordered a vest in mid July and it still hasn't arrived mid September. When they have replied (earlier on) to emails they give a lame excuse about items being lost and then said they thought they'd found it and it would be shipped soon. I'm trying to claim a refund through PayPal. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered two football shirts for my kids on 04.05.2021. They still have not arrived almost a month later. So disappointing and communication with the company is near enough impossible. They give you some convoluted story about shipping from warehouse abroad and further 2 weeks which I wasn't informed of during purchase. By the time the items arrive, if they arrive the kids would have outgrown them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Once you order you're stuffed! They do not reply to emails and when they do it is very slow. They seem to play dumb.

I was double charged incorrectly and they did not give me a refund. They played me around for 1 month. Until I alerted the bank to get a refund.

If I wanted to return the product I don't think I would have been able to and would have lost my money.

I have no confidence they would have refunded my money and that would be clear theft.
