Booking has been done and paid 9 months ago. Just 6 week before arrival the price will be increased !!!
Will stay again!
I thoroughly enjoyed the room! It had everything I needed and then some. I will definitely book in the future. My only complaint was some noted stains on the floor and throw pillow on the sofa

Honestly I had some really great customer service from beginning to end — I def. recommend using Airpads since they accommodated me a great room at the MGM. I forgot the name of the guy who helped us but regardless a great experience.
I have had very poor customer service
I have had very poor customer service. They won't answer my email messages and I have not actually stayed at the place I rented through them. i do not recommend booking through Airpads and I wish I had done my research before doing so.

Ethical Behaviours
Booking of accommodation was done however the room promised did not collate. Communication with Kellie from AirPads sought to make good as best they could to cover the booking mix up. While appreciated Kellie and the team did the best they could under very stressful circumstances. We had to bookk an extra room for two days which was additional expenses one could have done without. I would seriously review the way in which bookings are done through your agencies.

We were not refunded our 150 damage…
We were not refunded our 150 damage deposit and made repeated attempts to recover. There was no damage whatsoever to the property. Will never use Airpads again.

Hotel was good
Hotel was good . Still waiting to get rememberst for being over charged for our stay, 2 week waiting after airpads admitted their mistake not even a confirmation email . Very poor customer services could you please rectify this and email me when you have more information on my reemberment .
