Outstanding experience!

Outstanding experience!
Company contacted me to hear if I was on track to arrive at Heathrow on time. Met me on time on arrival.
I called from overseas to say our return flight was delayed and the call was answered within 3 rings!
Company thanked me for letting them know and said it was no problem.
On arrival at Heathrow on our return was met very promptly with my car.
Staff are very friendly and efficient.
I would highly recommend this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"

I booked Airpark Me's 'Meet and Greet Service' through online comparison site Airport Parking Deals, whose own website claims they are partnered with trustworthy and reliable parking partners". Nothing could be further from the truth.

I left my car with the Airpark Me representative in the Short Stay car park of Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 on 26 Feb 2025 and returned to collect it on the evening of 16 March. The return delivery driver seemed wholly unfamiliar with the return location in the Short Term Car park, but eventually found the right place, parked my car, gave me the keys, and instead of helping with my luggage as advertised (I'm 74 years of age) and simply dashed off to meet his ride back.

It was late evening and dark, but I could see there was some damage to my vehicle. I couldn't telephone the company as my mobile SIM card for the UK had been mislaid whilst away on vacation and using a local SIM. I called to report the damage after I managed to replace my SIM card and was advised to photograph the damage and email the photos to Airpark Me, which I did.

It's now 16 April, and my emails have gone unanswered. I have called the company's listed mobile number (0208 561 2525) many times, at best being told I would be called back shortly but with no call forthcoming, but now my calls go straight to voicemail. It seems I have been blocked.

I have checked the Companies House Register and discovered that Airpark Me was compulsorily dissolved in November 2020. Moreover, two other companies that Airpark Me's online websites assert are the same or linked entities - SK Park and Valet Limited and SK Parking Limited - also no longer exist having been dissolved in June 2018 and Jul 2021 respectively. Airpark Me's website is still operating and open for bookings, and according to Nominet (the UK Domain Registry) its Airparkme.co.uk web domain is owned by an unnamed (but validated) individual, not a registered company. Unless Airport Parking Deals (who I have contacted and await a reply) accepts some responsibility to help in this matter I have little hope of being recompensed for the damage to my vehicle sustained whilst it was supposedly being looked after by Airpark Me. However, I note from Trust Pilot that others before me have had similar problems and I'm keen to inform others of my experience so they can avoid a similar problem. To that end, in addition to leaving this review on Trust Pilot I will be reporting my findings to Heathrow Airport, Trading Standards, my Credit Card Company, Companies House, and HMRC.

Experience was a nightmare.

I used the valet parking service at Terminal 4 for three weeks and was initially pleased with the prompt service. However, my return experience was a nightmare.

Upon landing, I was informed that there was some traffic and it would take 20-30 minutes for my car to be returned. After a 40-minute wait, I finally got my car back. Almost immediately, I noticed something was wrong – the car wasn't pulling properly. While using ACC, it seemed fine, but when I had to manually accelerate, there was no response.

I pulled over and found chewed cables under the bonnet, indicating a possible rodent issue. The valet company claimed they had never experienced such problems and refused to take responsibility.

Additionally, my car was covered in tree droppings, suggesting it had been parked in an open field. This entire experience was not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous.

I would strongly advise against using this valet service until they improve their parking conditions and customer service.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!

Worst company ever and I will be taking the court. They claim to loin after your car and always smile well they don't. They park your car in a so called compound which is nothing more then a car park behind a pub. It is outside and has lots of trees around. I wouldn't be suprised if the temporary closed pub doesn't even know about this! Not only that but if they damage you car then good luck to them being any use at all! They damaged my car which is a brand new car being 4 months old. When I told them they decide to ignore your calls and emails and say oh don't worry we will do a full investigation. Well funny because my BMW has tracking and I can see the car was parked there and left under a tree which completely covered my car in mess. After a wash of the vehicle I then noticed all the damage which is scratches all over the back of the vehicle. This will need a full respray and I will he sure to send them the bill from BMW.

I never leave a bad revies for anything unless the experience is really bad but this is a must DO NOT USE! You will be disappointed and they will suck money out your pocket!

Parkos I would suggest you take this company off your options because they are an absolute joke. They literally smile at you and act like they go above and beyond to find out my car was damaged and kept in a pub car park that they call a compound. When I asked for pictures of the compound they fail to come back. They failed to come back on the video they took of the car at the start too so I checked them out on Google maps and can see it is nothing more then a wooden gate that goes to the back of a pub.

Came home to a Parking Violation 7 days…

Came home to a Parking Violation 7 days after we got back - Apparently the car was parked in an overflow car park !! which is a derelict block of flats in Slough somewhere.
Parking violation was dropped after we proved we were not even in the UK but the fee of £125 is hefty when you think your car is being securely parked but is actually just in a car space somewhere in a Slough

Fantastic experience end to end

Fantastic experience end to end. Easy drop off.
On return, I called when picking up my bags, car was ready for collection within 15mins.
Same condition as I handed it over, with just 6 additional miles on the clock.
Drivers were both polite and courteous.
Will use again.

Don't go with this service

Don't go with this service. It's not trustable.None of the phone lines were answered on 0208 561 2525 or 07572869492, where I've called 20minutes before arriving as per email received from airportparkingdeals.uk

They gave all false promises about picking up my vehicle and that delay in retrieving my vehicle forced me to rush to the airport, ultimately causing me to miss my flight. This situation not only resulted in considerable inconvenience but also significant financial implications as I had to purchase another round journey flight ticket for the next available departure. It's an horrendous experience. I hope to find a way to make this company accountable for the loss.

Cutting corners at your cost

Directed me to the departure drop off lane at Heathrow T2 rather than the short stay car park. Were 10 mins later than me, so I had a friendly chat with the police about incorrect use of the drop-off lane. Presume this is to save costs their side. Puts a lot more emphasis on the customer to remember to pay the charge online (they didn’t provide a link), when you have other things on your mind and may not have internet in your phone when you land. If you forget, you end up with a penalty charge notice. Avoid if you can.
