I booked online and went onto my…
I booked online and went onto my booking to amend the dates ans they came through incorrect which was strange as I had to andd the actual flight times and flight numbers. there was no option to amend. It advised to call customer services who are closed on the weekend. I waited until Monday morning to call to amend my booking and because the dates were wrong I was advised to pay a day rate at the parking location which was an additional £50. On this advise we turned up at premair in Edinburgh to be told there was no room for the additional day required. We lost our full booking of £100 and with 2.5 hrs to go to our flight and 4 kids in tow we had to find alternative parking costing £160. Currently the company are refusing to refund us the money. Which is shameful.
